The food is way overpriced and it's not even that good. It's not correct to charge 3 euros for 1 tomato and 1 red pepper (calling it a salad) The only reason I give this restaurant 1 star is because the staff seem friendly and nice I would never come back here or even mention it to my friends. If you want to have a good time with delicious food, this is definitely NOT your spot. Primo Bar & Grill - a big NO NO

Lemonade was too sweet with too much sugar. BBQ was overdone. Flatbread with cheese was dry. Service 4 stars.

We had a wonderful dinner last night. The food was great, the service was fast and polite. The waiter even took attention of the small details like to bring small fork extra for my kid. Highly recommended place to try in Shumen!

We just stop for coffee there on hour way trough Shumen. It was a nice atmosphere and good cappuccino. Might try it another time for food.

First time visiting Shumen, for a few hours on a business assignment, and having time for only a single meal within my visit, I was told to go to Primo's. As it's my nature I decided to go ahead and visit the place, but with a healthy dose of scepticism... And I couldn't be more wrong than that - service was beyond what I've expected: 1. The boy that took care of me and my associate, made our day with his smile and positive vibe. 2. The food was tasty and fresh, as well as reasonably priced. A definite win for me!
