Place is very comfortable and relaxing but the staff is a bit slow and always changing

I used to love this place and would always visit when I came back to shumen but lately unfortunately seems like it's being neglected. The WiFi doesn't work in the last few weeks. The last 2 times we visited we had orders got wrong twice. And today I ordered an ice coffee and got a regular coffee with a ball of ice cream inside 😄 shame really, I hope it goes back to how it used to be.

Cool bar/cafe. The atmosphere is very calming. There is no loud music. There is a spot for children to play on the first floor. The second floor isn't wheelchair accessible. There is a place for smokers.

Not the best place out there. Terrible coffee, messed up tea and slow service. And God forbid you try to go to the toilet, a grumpy lady will scold you that you should not step on the carpet placed on the way to the toilet itself.

Polite staff. Pleasant nonsmoking meeting place. No dedicated parking but options around

A place suitable to have dinner, drink coffee or tea

Excellent bar with kids corner and great services.

Best place for dine with kids or alone!
