I travel for work and had to stay here for two weeks. These days I noticed very good cleanliness and quite nice staff. As soon as I arrived I noticed that the remote control for the air conditioning is not there, to get it you had to add BGN 5; no one had informed me of this. But that's the least, the bathroom tap keeps dripping which bothers my sleep a lot, but it's not the thing that makes it impossible. In fact, the rooms are not soundproofed at all and I haven't had any very respectful people in the room next door. I happened to hear the alarm clock of the one next to me that rang at 6:00 until the end, waking me up too. I have had neighbors start calling at 7:00 am, thus making it impossible for me to sleep. But at the end of the really shameful noises until 2:00 in the morning. I do not recommend this hotel if your stay is long because you could say goodbye to your sleep like I did.

We asked if they had squid and the answer was immediately - "no", but now we will order fresh squid to be delivered to us, come in 30-40 minutes! The restaurant closes at 10 p.m., but it wasn't noisy even before that - we were with a child and that was important to us. Very quiet and peaceful place, 2 minutes from the center. The hotel staff - very responsive, and Galya tried to make us as comfortable as possible. I recommend the place.
