The hotel is very clean and situated next to a nice looking lake. The room is very clean and quite luxury. The breakfast was very good, rich and tasty. The staff is polite and friendly. I strongly recommend this place.

Very nice hotel. It looks very....new!! The rooms are very clean and modern. The woman in the reception is very friendly and helpful, she also speaks greek.The breakfast is excellent with a lot of choices.I recommend it

The rooms are spacious and clean, although some guests don't abide the non-smoking rule. The location is far from the center but it's convenient by car. Breakfast is nice and offers variety.

Please read if you are going to stay here. I booked this hotel on booking.com for 35€ for a single night, getting here from the train station on foot very difficult since there are very few sidewalks and the ones that exist are in poor condition. I arrive at my room which is in non of the pictures and with a tiny bed, I turn on my airconditioner and it starts leaking. I report the problem and I am given a new bigger room which is much bigger but for an added charge of 10lev (5€) and now the worst thing. AFTER I GO TO CHECKOUT THE RECEPTIONIST TELLS ME THAT MY BOOKING ON BOOKING.COM IS INVALID AND REQUIRES I PAY 40€ AT THE DESK. I WAS FORCED TO PAY 75€ TO STAY IN A MEDIOCRE HOTEL WITH MEDIOCRE BREAKFEST FOR THIS. don't stay here, if you will, don't book by paying, pay after. Get a taxi to get to it and don't get breakfest, not really super worth. It's definately far from being "superb"

It's an unprofessional hotel. Rooms are ok. Breakfast acceptable. But the lady in breakfast hall is very angry and even you want second coffee is 2,00 leva to be paid. We didn't like the service. And no English speaking.

They gave our reservation to other people. So we ended up with no place to sleep at 1:30 AM. They didn't even call us to ask are we coming or not.

Comfortable rooms, great staff and very good meals.Pleasant experience.Will be back)
