Dirty tables, bad and slow service. The food was awful and I regret that I didn't make photos. Small dishes and extremely expensive. Never ever will visit again for sure!

Really calm and refreshing atmosphere.The hotel is very close to naure. We went to the restaurant. The food was great and the waiters were polite and nice. However one small complaint is that they don't offer Shumensko beer and they are 300 meters away from the brewery factory :D which is a shame.

Great hotel , located in the woods. Clean, fresh air, free parking, great service and food. Great for families with kids.100% would come again. There is a lot to see in the area- monuments, hicking routes, zoo. The only issue is the lack of an elevator, so if you are not a fan of stairs, try geting a room on the first floor. There were 102 steps from the parking to my room on the 2nd floor .

The staff is nice ,but the fealing of the hotel is poor and cheap . Wasnt hot water and the explanation was that i have to wait couple of minutes to get it ... Wouldn't recommend.

Looks pretty and located in a pleasant park area. The hotel had an adjacent zoo, but sadly the zoo is in horrible conditions.

Air conditioner wasnt working and its not possible to open the window because they cook barbeque on the first floor.Never ever again

Good restaurant great views and atmosphere. Food is great.

Built in a beautiful place in the middle of nature. The kitchen is great. The service is at a level.
