I guess the boss, very unprofessional! She does not respect the wishes of the client, i.e. me as the mother of a 4-year-old child, she thinks that I am too demanding and in front of a full salon she said that it is best that I no longer come with the child for sucking, that it would be easiest for her if he comes with his father and she put me in a very uncomfortable situation . For a simple reason, because I told her that I wanted there to be a little more difference in length between the top of the head and the sides, that's all! She persistently asked the child if she wanted a very short one and repeated that the most important thing was that the child was satisfied and ignored what I said, not to mention that she jumped in her own mouth when she asked the child 5 times if she wanted gel, she said no, that she would I said I won't suck you anymore then, and then he agreed under emotional blackmail! Now it was no longer important what the child wanted?! Everything was fine before this, she sucked it up a few questions, everything is fine as long as her work is praised or if you want something different from what she imagined!

We have been coming to the Sorriso salon for years! Since 2017! Mom, dad, me and my child who is now 3.5 g! The service is always at the level! We were never dissatisfied! Any recommendation! I have the best locks! ❤️ Most of all, I would like to praise Miljenka for cutting my son's hair! We came for the first time when we were one year old. After 3-4 haircuts, he started crying and clinging because the falling hairs bother him! Every time she dedicates herself to him as much as possible, she never forcibly cut his hair because she doesn't want it to be a trauma for him! Once we left half-weaned because he was crying a lot, we came back in two days and finished the weaning. He thinks of all possible ways just to make it as easy as possible for him (sucking outside, sucking on the floor, sucking in the lavatory)! Now it's older and Miljenka arranged everything with him by talking! It never occurred to me to go to someone else with him because he loves his Milja very much! ❤️ same as all of us!
