"The hype is real". I found this restaurant as the best in Šibenik. The service is 5/5 no questions about that. But the food, it was good but nothing special. So if your expectations are low you'll be pleased. Go for it. Just a great restaurant, nothing more nothing less. One last thing: the service is doing so much fuss about the "homemade" stuff, but in fact, there not much of a difference between other restaurants in same price range.

We had dinner at the restaurant, two starters and three mains. Plates are small, but the food is very tasty and it's all fresh local produce, so you may have a different fish and meat and special option depending on the day you visit. They also have local, Šibenik brewed, beer, which is a nice touch. The staff is super friendly and our waiter's English was impeccable. Would definitely return.

The atmosphere and food were amazing. The whole staff makes sure you feel welcome, explain in detail every food and look after you. Special mention of our Macedonian waitress,Angi! The home made fig cake is a must try!

Expect the unexpected. Tiny restaurant, a little outside of main city center with excellent service, knowing their products. The plates may be small but quality is outstanding!

What an absolutely fantastic restaurant. The chefs and all staff are so involved and Knowledgeable. We had two of their signature brandy cocktails to start; cheese and anchovies as cold dishes; shrimp and sea bass as warm dishes; and one each of the desserts. We switched to their commissioned craft beer in the middle of the meal; their beer was excellent too. Each and every dish was superb. Each was also an art piece. I would gladly order them again i wish this restaurant was closer to where I live.

Best dinner we had in Sibenik! By a landslide. Great local products and delicious food. Small restaurant, small menu so everything is extremely fresh. Staff was very sweet and their knowledge of their products made it all even better. And you have to try one of the cocktails! 🍸

Best place to have a unique experience! It is a family owned restaurant with an unusual concert. Each of their food is a piece of art, so nice and a very interesting combination of tastes. The staff team is very kind, explaining about the food with a passion and always close around. They even created custom paper table mats with different historical facts and information, I was enjoying reading about Tesla. Very smart. This place will be great for a nice and unforgettable dinner!

Amazing food, very professional and friendly staff. We were tired of the tourist places in town that only offer poor quality / service. For the same price, the food you eat at Konoba Nostalgia is homemade and fresh from the market! You can also enjoy some banter with the waiters. We liked it so much we returned on the next day and we were welcomed very warmly! Perfect ! Hvala ! :)

i had a wonderful dinner at Nostalgija, a family-owned restaurant that uses fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. The food was delicious, and you could really taste the difference. An amazing authentic dalmatian experience, with just a dash of modern cuisine which fits just so amazingly. You can see how much love and care was invested into this restaurant just by looking at the plants and interior. We even got a Cutting of a pretty plant to take home! The host Lorenzo and his wonderful family are one of the best hosts that you can ever have. Definitely recommend this little gem in one of the prettiest Croatian cities

Excellent service but I was a little disappointed by the food. The tomato soup was fresh and the pork had a good taste but it very chewy. The fish was also boiled. From reviews someone also said that it wasn't expensive but I found the food some of the most expensive we had. Lots of attention to detail though and a nice atmosphere.

Very nice service, they will explain everything in detail, they will advise you on the choice. The young waiter, who is still in training, was very nice and helpful. The food was also great, especially the beef with mashed sweet potatoes and fries. The portions are smaller though. It is a small place where they focus on each guest individually, which must be appreciated. We definitely recommend to try it at least once when you're in Šibenik. Thank you for nice experience.

The best local food in Šibenik. Loved the atmosphere and the delicious food. Come early if you want a good variety of food on the menu, because they follow no-waste strategy - which I love. Every day they buy fresh food on the market, and when its gone its gone, they cross it out of the menu. + The staff is amazing! All recommendations and will def come back.

We were recommended by our Croatian guide to visit this restaurant. He was right, welcoming was friendly. For lunch is the menu rather small but still enough to enjoy. We had the grandma’s special with veal liver and 2 vegetarian pastas in demand. Very original with the placemates with famous Croatian people and Sibenik icons.

Quaint little place in the center of Šibenik. Excellent service, friendly waiters who'll explain everything about food and local drinks. We've had chilled tomato soup, lamb and peas, and oysters with palenta. Everything was cooked to perfection. Had a half-liter of local red to go with it and round out our lunch. Definitely recommend.

Excellent restaurant! We had a delicious lunch with local dishes (autumn stew and mackerel fillet) and traditional Croatian desserts (bajadera and druncken figs). We highly recommend it!
