Horrible!!! We ordered toast with butter and jelly and natural orange juice. They served us unroasted bread, dirty jam packs (I guess they recycle them, even in covid times), pâté pads already open, and the natural orange juice was watery.

Very poor. The TOMATO soup was absolutely not from tomatoes. Taste like water with red color. Not even cheese. Other food was also not good but we were hungry after all day. Burger looks good but bun wasn’t. And vegetable plate was drowned in oil. Pancakes with fake chocolate. Meat like chewing gum. And I have to ask for Parmesan for my Bolognese spaghetti. Very poor food. Very disappointed. NEVER EVER AGAIN! The restaurant has good location and always people sitting there. But I think only tourists are there because they don’t know. Sorry. Just honest recommendations.

After a walk through the ancient city of Šibenik we had a nice meal at Kavana Medulic. The staff had a lot of patience with my ever-hesitating family, which I appreciate. It was only lightly crowded so we did not have to wait for a table. We neither had to wait long for our meals to arrive. I highly recommend the spaghetti carbonara, the meat dishes not so much.

Rather expensive place but it doesn't mean you will get a good quality of food. The waiting time was quite long and the mussels we ordered were not too fresh and a lot of them broken. We paid by cash and didn't receive any bill. The waiter asked to paid inside what seemed strange. For sure you will find places with similar prices and higher quality. In fact the location is nice if you like the atmosphere.

good food but nothing exceptional! the place is well located and beautiful. However, I didn't like the service... one of the waiters was unpleasant and hit on me! 🤮

Amazing amazing amazing seafood platter. Service was good even though the place was very busy. The waiter wasn't too friendly at first but got better once he had some backup and wasn't crazy busy. Perfect location and nice cold beer.

Strongly mediocre food in a really nice place. Unfortunate, really, cause the location alone would make you think they would try harder. We walked in for lunch during the week. We tried a tenderloin steak and a pasta dish, and both of them left a lot to desire. There are plenty of good and even great restaurants around so I vote you just skip this one.

Very nice food and the waiter was very good with us. On a busy night, still managed to keep everyone entertained.

The biggest tourist trap in the whole town. This place should be closed for good! When we first got there the waiter was visibly annoyed while rushing us to order. I didn't even get the chance to order a side dish because he rushed away as soon as we ordered the main dish, even though the restaurant was almost empty. The menu didn't contain a list of drinks. Also, he didn't even ask us what we were going to drink or the doneness of the steaks we ordered. My boyfriend ordered a steak in a green pepper sauce, and I ordered a steak with cheese sauce. Let's just say that neither of us got what we really ordered. The plates were crusty and ugly, the knives served for the steaks were typical dull restaurant knives which couldn't even cut a piece of butter. The green pepper steak reeked of chemicals and was extremely sour. As for the other steak, I couldn't even believe what I saw on that plate. I would be embarrassed to serve something like that. It looked like anything but cheese. I expected a nice, creamy cheese sauce served on the side like in the other normal restaurants, but this was a disgrace. The so called "cheese sauce" was so rubbery it felt like eating a bubble gum. It was also tasteless. We asked for both of the steaks to be medium. And one was indeed done medium, while the other (the "cheese" one) was too roasted like a medium well. On top of all that, the waiter literally snatched the plate from my boyfriend while he was taking the last bit, even though it was still 45 minutes before the closing time. The bathrooms looked like some meth head meetup place. There was of course no toilet paper, no soap and the toilet seat was full of urine. For the price of 72€ I would expect literally anything than this. The only good thing were the two mushrooms that I got on the plate along with the steak.

We had a lovely dinner with fantastic service from Stanislav. Most of us had pasta which had good portions and fantastic taste and very reasonable prices. Stop here and give it a try!

Pastas are really bad, probably made from cans. Ordered seafood pasta and it had no shrimps, but picture in menu show mainly shrimps. Waiter was nice, but don't eat there, you will be disappointed. Also prices are too high for this junk.

The food was great, service also, it’s a great spot in the middle of old town, my husband had fried calamari and they were great, I had calamarin in gorgonzola sauce with gnocci and it was soooooo delicious, the best sauce I ever had.. awesome and not to expensive for today’s standards…

Horrible experience. Please spend your time and money elsewhere. The spaghetti carbonara was terrible. Meat was full of cartilage and the sauce was watery and lacking any cheese. The gnocchi tartufata was also simply not good. A friendly waiter could have pushed this to 2 stars but the service was simply rude and unpleasant. We had time to spend for another drink but decided to go elsewhere. Please dont go here if you want to enjoy your meal/holiday.

Plenty of better cafés around. They don't have lungo, espresso only :-). They don't have small beer, only half-liter. Don't be surprised when waiter will pick up the phone call during ordering... I enjoyed other café spots in Sibenik much better.

The food was decent, not great but ok. But in the end our experience changed. First we were told they didn't serve any desserts while they were on the menu. Waiter was rude and the worst part is he scammed us by letting us pay more then the bill was by typing in a different amount on the machine. Luckily the difference wasn't a lot but i only noticed afterwards when it was too late. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour by the waiter which led us to not recommending the place at all.

I would not recommend this place going out for dinner. The waiter was quite rude to our friends, don’t know if it was his type of humor, but it wasn’t funny at all. All in all the food didn’t taste good for all of us. Recommendation: get a table in another restaurant, then you will not get disappointed.

Most delicious Macchiato I have drunk for a long time. Good prices, very nice location letting feel the atmosphere of morning Sybenik old town life with its citiziens sitting and discussing their local stuff, reading newspapers and drinking coffee.

Service And location was great but the food… No taste. Seafood looks like from the freezer. House wine taste like from the cartoon. Unfortunately disappointed.

Overall fine, food was delivered fast. But staff looks like working too long, and tore or resigned. Therw was two tables to serve only. Wonder wat happened if full tables...

The waiter was rude and very impatient. We were counting our money on the table to pay and he just took what he needed himself. The food also wasn't good. The meat was dry and the french fries soggy and unsaltened.

We had a seemingly pleasent dinner here with my wife. The food (gnocchi trufles & mix of meats) seemed to be okay, although not the best. The next morning I caught diarrhea…Most probably the meat was not fresh. The consequences ruined two whole days of our summer holiday. An absolute disappointment, highly not recommended.

We were pleasantly surprised by food and service received in this restaurant. Owner and his staff obviously care for their guests and every meal that comes out of the kitchen! Great job!

The ice coffes have been really great and the price of them too.

Not cheap for the area, lovely location, service was ok, food was ok some good dishes but some not so good, I will probably not eat here again but ok for a drink.

Very disappointed, staff was too disrespectful and arrogant, waiting time was utterly long. We waited for drinks alone 40 minutes, in 35° temperature it is unacceptable. Food preparation took too long as well. Quality of food was very poor, not nearly enough to justify the cost, cheap pork chops, dry chicken, salads with 2 types of vegetable, warm beer, melted ice in glasses. You can eat much more delicious foods for a fraction of money elsewhere. Staff only took notice when we got the bill and they came to look if we already paid 3 times in approx. 2 minutes, more than during whole dinner.

I hate to say this, but this was one of the worst dinners I've ever had. The waiter was very friendly and tried whatever he could to make it pleasant. But the dishes where very tasteless and the grilled squid was not cleaned and burned. The wine was way overpriced and not the one we've ordered (it was the same winery though). Not worth my time and money. The desert was good though.

Dry fish, chewy mussels & warm beer. Waiter was very nice until we told him about the food that wasn’t very good. I couldn’t even eat the mussels and he didn’t care . Great location though and they were showing soccer.
