Relatively expensive compared to the offered quality (under average). The waitress is very friendly and the restaurant seems to be a family business. Risotto was quite oily/watery. The Sbagetti is watery and the shrimps are quite small and tasteless. The menu is verbal, we were not given a menu with the prices in advance. For the paid price of ~45€ for two people, I would advice you to go to other restaurants with better quality.

I was there by recommendation. It was my first and the last time. Food was good enough but nothing special what I was told. Very good wine. Unfortunately, what was the worst experience, I was lied that I can't pay by card so I run to the nearest cash machine. After that it appeared that another guest could pay by card, they didn't even apologise. I am really disappointed with this place.

If you want to dine like a local, this is the place! Not only that, it is cheap and the food is good. It's also on a quiet and romantic street.

An amazing little restaurant! Fresh food, cooked daily by the owner who is an astonishing woman. We had lamb stew and shrimp pasta the first time, and also tried the black rissoto on other occasions. It is bliss, especially with a nice glass of white Debit, a local Šibenik wine. If you want to experience real dalmatian food, be sure to pay her a visit.

Nice restaurant in the historical area, a lovely waitress with very good English told us the menu of the day (around ten fish or meat dishes), the food was tasty and abundant! Tell you want to pay by card in advance or you’ll need kunas (euros will be introduced 1st January 2023)

We found this place very casually and decided to sit and try it out. Lovely. Highly recommended for the location. No crowded road and still very pretty. The food is local and tasty. And the waitress is a very nice lady! Incredible place in the heart of Sibenik! Family business with excellent local food and with non touristic prices. The street was perfect since intimate and empty. Dont hesitate to go, you won’t find anything better.

One of the best restaurants I had been during my travel in Croatia. The price is reasonable and the food is extremely fresh and properly prepared. Unlike most of the “recommended” restaurants that you see tourists around, this is a true local place. The staff is not very fluent in English (but still very helpful) and the customers are people from the neighborhood. By the way, get lemonade! It is fresh squeezed and with a hint of lavender! So refreshing.

Really tasty, home cooked style meals run by an older couple. Each day the menu rotates and generally there are four dishes to choose from. We had the stuffed peppers and lamb with peas. A very warming meal!

a place locals go to - charming and yummy 😋 Edt. Back here after four years... Still the best food ever, still very local clientele 👍 the best thing here is that there is no fixed menu, they cook what is on daily offer, so with fress local produce. The taste is also to die for ...

Very friendly family place. Food was excellent, I had a tuna steak with potatoes and swiss chard - fresh and big portions. Very relaxed atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.

Good shrimp pasta but octopus salad really too vinegary. It didn't seem to be fresh. They took back the plate without even asking why we didn't eat...

Really nice family restaurant with a small variety (4-5 each day) of delicious homemade food! The prices are reasonable regarding the quality offered. Should definitely visit !

There's no menu available, when you arrive the waiter will let you know what's available, but don't let that prevent you from trying this place. It has a lovely atmosphere and the food is really good with a very local touch.

We were there yesterday. We loved all the restaurants we did in Croatia until now except this one. A long wait and food had no flavour (black risotto, salad and tomato, potatoes) We were hungry after lunch. Le poulpe frit n'était pas bon non plus. Thank you to the waiter who brought me lemon for the fishes, some flavour at last.

A real must go to! Traditional family business (grandma, daughter in law and her daughter running the small business). Everyday different meals, you van choose from 4-5 dishes and all delicious and traditional. Cooked in a few big stoves in their little kitchen. And the taste is delicious! Very kind people working there, and grandma always comes to ask if we like it. Be aware: there is a Marenda 1 and Marenda 2!! Only 5 meters apart from each other but they have a different owner and a total different menu. This review is abo it Marenda 2!!

We hope this place will forever keep serving locals (too). It was one of the first authentic places we came across while in Croatia and we felt hovered to eat here. Genuine service & tasty daily menu food 👌

A perfect, small, and authentic Croatian family-owned place on a side street. The menu is what they are cooking on the day, maybe 3-4 dishes and all of them are wonderful. The value for money is exceptional. I felt lucky to have found this place. If you’re reading this and you feel inclined and have a chance, then take it. You won’t be disappointed.

Food is really enjoyable, portions are generous, and the prices are very low. Good fish restaurant

The most typical and authentic place we found so far in Croatia. Very surprisingly in such a touristic village . But well hidden. They serve 3 different plates a day and they close as soon as the portions are finished. The owners are lovely and made us feel we were having lunch at our grandparents.

Great food, very nice service and really good prices. Never saw such a good seafood in such prices in Croatia. The place is in a very charming littke street.
