We had a great experience with the NCP charter. I would go as far as to say that it was the best out of all the charters we have been to in Croatia. All the employees were immensely professional and helpful. We had an incident with the dinghy motor and the staff responded extremely quickly, so the issue was resolved the same day. I would also like to point out that the sailboat was very clean and was in excellent shape for its age. We will most likely charter with NCP again next year!

Rented a sailboat for 7 persons at the beginning of July. When we arrived, we received friendly welcomes from the employees, extra care was put into cleanliness of the boat, everything was thoroughly disinfected, and everybody involved was professional and organised. We received great location tips and answers to all of our travel and boat related questions. On a Sunday we wanted to grill some čevapi on an outside gas grill, but shamefully did not know how to turn it on. A phone call with a helpful and understanding employee later, we had our delicious meal. Incredible dedication! Cannot wait to go again next year!

Service is average. There was a small damage done to our boat. When we checked out, they talked to the skipper without involving me and decided I had to pay 250 EUR franchise for the repair. Although the skipper is responsible for the boat he said my boys must have done it. When I complained this not being true, they said that if I don’t pay, the skipper will have to. Putting me in that awkward situation is unfair and not professional. I paid but still feel having been played around. Will not charter there again.

They have been super nice and friendly. The base had some issues with there fresh water which delayed our departure until 19:00 but otherwise the service was great and the boats are in good shape. Don't forget to book early check in which will allow you to get the boat at 14:00 instead of 18:00

Getting back to you regarding your reply to my review. you mentioned: "On the other hand, the skipper himself is responsible only for the damages regarding docking, driving the boat and similar, and cannot be held accountable for damages that are not caused by him or his actions, like in this case." You confirm the skipper did not cause the damage? where you on the boat when it happened? how can you affirm such conclusion. I clearly said in my review that your team made the report with the skipper without involving me. wasn't it clearly mentioned? this is the issue i want to underline. you charged me because I had no say in the reporting and when finally I complained, you put me in that awkward situation in front of the skipper. if you dont pay, he will pay... Therefore I confirm your service was poor and non professional and your reply underlines it.

Great chartering experience! As a family of 8, we chartered Ana Maria - Oceanis Clipper 411 in August 2023. The boat was in fair condition for a 20+ year old. The communication with NCP was smooth throughout, the check-in / check-out went fast. Parking is €20 in the marina (also possible to pay at a parkomat by the hour, cash and card) where there are also trolleys available for the luggage for free, but we found a free parking spot for the week just a few minutes walk away. We took the deposit insurance option and safety net because we had a 20-month-old on board. The boat was clean and well equipped, engine and sails and rigging in good condition. In addition, we were very happy to learn about the RYA courses. Overall, the boat met our expectations, the staff exceeded them, and we had a really enjoyable time. I would definitely recommend NCP for chartering and internationally recognised high quality RYA courses. Well done! :)

Bad experience, we rented a four year old Boat but looked like it hase been used for ten years. Before we got the boat they renewed some hoses of the black water tank so the boat smelled like the sewer. Next day they cleaned something but we smelled the sewer the complete week. Second day the airco broke down we tried to call some people but they were very annoyed that we call. I fixed the problem myself and every day before using the airco i had to fix it first. Second day the toilet broke down we could not use It the rest of the vacation… Croatia is beautifull but rent the boat somewhere else.
