Cultural center with a big potential. Beautiful theater, gallery space (Modulor), big atrium, potential for community coworking center.

Many cultural events. In the old part of the city. If anybody needs something to present, or exhibit the staff is open minded, and they will help to bring your idea to come true. There is also a lot of parking places, so although it is not in the center of Zagreb iz is reachable by car, bicycle, 🚊 or on foot. Near the centar is a big park, so if you have to wait or just rest there are many park chairs.

Old theatre, but used very often for kids' plays, dance recitals, shows and theatre. No air conditionin.

They offer many courses and workshops for everyday people.
