Awesome property amidst the valley and mountains , spectacularly close to nature. Service, food & hospitality standards are exclusive & admirable. Property definitely deserves appreciation.

The rooms were good and location was serene. However, they took the payment twice for the same room on different days from my card. The staff was indifferent and their customer service was sending me here and their without any redressal in sight. I would not recommend this group anymore because its not worth the money you pay for.

We just enjoyed a few days in this place. Very serene and peaceful locality. It has got a very relaxed ambience, so do not expect everything to be done at a city level speed. Service is always with a smile. Food is okay, unless you are ordering typically Indian fare which is scrumptious. They have a complimentary high tea concept which surprisingly they do not insist to the guests much, however it is a thoughful concept. Our room was a valley view suite, very spacious and tastefully done. It is about half an hour from the town, so great for people who want some peace and quiet. Overall excellent experience.

An amazing place for a vacation located on outskirts of Dharamshala. A must visit place. The whole staff was humble. It’s my anniversary and the hotel staff named veer and Vinod did excellent decorations in my room. The support staff named Dinesh was friendly and humble. I just loved the stay.

I had booked a Tusha Double room in Amoha Retreat Dharamshala. This hotel is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever seen. The landscape is so beautiful, the hotel is nicely planned with location of its units being perfect. it's so relaxing to take a walk of the whole property which is full of lush green trees and soft grasses. I had arrived in the late evening I was welcomed in traditional manner. The hotel staff here are extremely courteous and polite. In the night, I had dinner at restaurant which was extremely delicious. The morning walk in this property is altogether a different experience. 360 degree view from the watch tower was amazing. I had experienced very tasty breakfast and then I checked out with lots of good memories. Staying at this hotel is altogether a different level of experience.

Absolutely the worst! Don't waste your money! They say its a 5-star property, but is not even up to a 3-star! Our room was not clean when we checked in and had previous guests' hair all over. Linen was dirty. Food is always cold! High tea food looks like they got from the roadside shop. Presentation is very 1-star. Breakfast buffet is not laid out and 3-page menu is reduced to a 1-page menu. Activities like yoga etc. and fitness centre are all shut! There is construction going on on the property until 2025 (atleast), so beware to keep the curtains drawn.

ITC dropped the ball on this one. Aside from the views, this place doesn't have much to offer. The photos on their website are misleading to say the least. The room wasn't cleaned properly, the food was served cold (nothing ITC about it), High tea was an absolute joke- dry cupcakes, cold fritters etc. served on a quarter plate as if you are eating at a roadside joint ( atleast those joints have good food served hot). Funny enough the service improved drastically when we made noise about it. So, they have the capability but one has to yell and scream to get the service you paid for. My two cents- look for other resorts at half the price, atleast you will get what you paid for. Sincerely, long time ITC patron.

Hotel is situated away from the main city. Dharamshala is 15 KM away from here approx. But hotel is situated at very peace place and with oms view of Dhauladhar and woods on the other side. Service is good. The only thing is it is very expensive for a place which is not that expensive as this city is not as expensive for tariff you are charging for the hotel. Price to look into. This is why I have given the 3 🌟 Rest everything is to the point. Have money to Spend in good number then must go. You may not regret. But Tariff is high

We had an excellent time here at the resort. Excellent food, neat and clean rooms. Enjoyed our time. Special thanks to Ankit, Chef Jitendra they made feel at home. Raman from food and beverage is an asset to the organization, lovely boy. Thanks again and shall be back soon!

The room was a delight. It had attic and was mountain facing. It almost looked like an exotic painted scenery from attic window. The room was spacious and staff was very courteous. The hotel itself is in a serene but a little isolated place. The food was fresh and delectable. We were offered a very refreshing sherbet drink. Don't remember the name, but it was so good. There is one 100 year old banayan tree, which was well maintained. The property is open and sooooo green. Perfect for kids. The serenity is perfect for grown ups.

enjoyed our stay as it was quite - far from dharmsala - hotel had hardly any guest because fear of rain - it was expensive as per the season - without much people - breakfast was a fixed menu kind - still the team was good - no special offers / facilities for ITC members. As a premium property there must be facilities for drivers room stay. Pritam Kumar Agrawal & Sunita Jain, we stayed with our twins for 2 nights, (15-16 may 2023) amoha room is surely recommended for couple with kids above 7/8 years.

Great experience, lovely rooms.. awesome Hospitality . Special Mention for Raman - Food Floor Manager to get all our needs taken care of. Not easy to cater to diff needs off diff people. 8 none the less.

Amazing property with a great view. The local food was absolutely amazing and the staff was very helpful. Ravi was throughout there to help us with everything and made the stay very comfortable and easy going. The live singer harsh was also a mood uplifter and created a soulful ambience
