Giving them 1 star because there is no option to give 0 stars. Customer dealing here is horrible. They were replying in taunting manner if we rejected any of their suits and were forcefully imposing their opinions on us. Suit collections were overly priced. and guess what they were not letting us leave also😂 they made it so awkward for us. and when I said I should leave they just ignored it and kept showing me suits, I got pretty frustrated but still I politely said "thank you aur suit mt dikhayiye" so one of their sales girl said " thank you se kya hoga"😅 conclusion is please save your precious time and don't go by showroom's appearance from outside, worst place to shop.

Bought a lehenga worth ₹37,000 and paid in full on the first day. When I went to collect it, they took more 30 minutes to find my lehenga. And the stitching of it was very poor. Their tailor spoiled the whole lehenga. I don't recommend this shop to anyone. Don't waste your money and time here.

I ordered a customised sherwani for my husband from this shope with a specific demo picture to make sure i get same article and they promised me as well for the same. But now comes the reallity, quality was poor, still i compormised but when my husband tried on him, it was way too lengthy like an old fashioned sherwani. After taking a week long and 4 visits they prepared this rubbish article and upon complaining they did not even admit their mistake and rather told me bloody excuse saying "madam aaj kl yhi chl ra hai trend me" how nonsense, could not digest this! I have lot more to say but stopping here with this final word that please do not visit this shop and save your hardearned money. I can recommend one good shop in kangra only "Yougal sons" near bus stand. Thanks for reading my long yet genuine feedback 🙏

Not a good place. They try to manipulate a lot while you are deciding, they don't give you space enough to think and just want you to decide quickly and just pay the money. They take full payment even if you rent something which I don't find good. Suggestion - give some time to customer to think and decide, don't stand on there heads and just start asking for payment method.

These people are fraudster, they are idiot, they have drama strategy, yelling, screaming and pushing customer forcefully! I have filed a police complaint against them, written an application to DC KANGRA as well!

Poor behavior, I paid full amount of 19500 on first day and bought a Sherwani. When i went there to collect it after a month, they tried to give me old used sherwani which was even dirty and they did not stich it. Choron ki dukan, if you love your hard earned money please don't go there.

Love to shopping over their they have such a beautiful design ever price is higher but quality is Mater not price thks to new shakar cloth house🥰

Customer dealing is terrible they just impose their own choices at you and after showing 2 or 3 collection they yell at you they don’t have manner and stiching is worst they do not give you on time
