Don't get fooled by having a glimpse of lobby area. Highly over rated place, not upto the mark. The room service was poor needed repeated follow up. Service is not up to the mark. Staff was amazing but some of them were unprofessional. Ordinary old mattress need to be changed, not at all comfortable. Beds are old and squeaking. Only the front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm. Mini bar is there. Couples are allowed. Parking space available.

It is really an awesome place to hangout with friends and family both. The new upgrade in the hotel the open Cafe is just awesome. It is a place worth spending every penny.

All Things Are Good, But Need Improvement In Breakfast, Some Food Items Should Also Be Increased, As Per The Comfort In The Rooms, Prices Are Very High, But The Service Boys Are Very Kind Including The Manager, Lunch And Dinner Are Very Good.

Sea food items are good here. Briyani served was to much masala and oil. Also very costly.

I was told over the phone that our bill for 2 nights for 2 persons would be 3,000₹ + 12% tax which I had confirmed on checking in the hotel room, but on the time of checking out i was made to pay 6,000₹, double of what was said initially. The staff at the reception desk are very dicey and you need to take it in writing from them as to what the tariff is of the room given to you or else you will be duped. Visitors please be careful, that's all I have to say.

Hotel Piccolo (Restaurant)is a good place to hang out with friends in the midst of Sivasagar town on Arunodoi Path(Boarding Road) near Sivasagar Natya Mandir. It offers a variety of both Indian and Chinese cuisines along with a variety of beverages, snacks etc. The food quality is good and the prices are also reasonable. The staff are also well mannered.

I have stayed in this hotel Piccolo with my family twice in this month and felt very comfortable with nice ambiance. The food served was excellent.

It was a ring ceremony of my relative so nothing much to review as of now.. except..saahi paneer was pathetic.. they served only 2 piece of paneer and one piece turned out to be aloo

Their Dal Makhani was so tasty earlier but seems they are least interested in maintaining their quality of food. I just ordered two Dal Makhanis on Swiggy. There too they sent one bowl first. Again I had to experience a delay of half an hour... Then when I received the order, damn it tastes yuck... I mean they did not cook the dal properly, the garlic and ginger flavour were too sharp and they appeared in every morsel. Extremely disheartened by this.

We booked the hotel for 2 nights for which we checked in at 9:00 PM on 14th of December. But due to some emergency we had to check out early. So we asked for an early check out at 4:30 pm on 15th December. Inspite of giving us a warm response the manager told us to give extra money if we wanted a GST bill. A pathetic experience and very ill behaved person. It is known as one of the oldest hotels in the historic city of Sivsagar but trust me there are much worthy hotels for stay here. Never choose this hotel. Specifically if you're an Assamese. Kalita's palace is much warmer and cosier than this place. Assamese people are still out there searching for jobs in their own place but people still opt for such non Assamese people who do not even bother to understand the people of the very place which is earning them their bread and butter.

Inside the city. Slightly old room, you can spent time in cafeteria. With breakfast option available.

Oversmart manager. Doesn't have the decency to even speak to people. Kick him out! He doesn't even have the sense to reply in the same language as the client is talking. Teach him Assamese or just kick him out of Assam.

Please not to out for food their, it's so pathetic service and food ever I had specially dal and Naan and it's taking 1 hour 45 minutes to place the food on table, paying such amount it's not worth it

They are professional. Cost seems to be a bit high but looking at the service it feels ok. Conveniently located to travel around Sivsagar. And yes, food is good. Staff is friendly and caring.

We went to the restaurant for dine in with family on bihu, surprisingly during festivals business will earn from guests, but mediocre staff, less manpower, delayed service, error in billing all faced simultaneously. How can I come again or recommended someone here??

The rooms are quite not upto the mark given the price range. Pretty average amenities inside the room. Even proper charging mobile charging points haven't been provided. However, charger for Electric Vehicles are available. Food is pretty average too.

Great place to stay while in Sibsagar. Centrally located and very near from Market and Siva Dol. Liked the food and service. Will stay here only when I visit the Sibsagar.

Have been to the restaurant which is the best place for Mughlai cuisine in Sivasagar. Little bit expensive.

Yah, it was excellent..I booked a table for birthday celebration of my girlfriend..they provided us the topmost floor which is designed and decorated very beautifully.... hospitality is great...main courses were delicious...I am a little bit disappointed to CCBC which was cold,taste was something ?? like that...overall is good...for birthday celebration it's perfect in sivsagar... thanks hotel piccolo for the special arrangements

Not upto the mark at all. Food is preety average. Linen/ towel are very old. They have changed their colour. My AC wasn't working the whole time. Fan regulator worked at only one speed. The bed was in bad shape and squeaking. Mattress was ordinary.

It's located near the railway station and is easily accessible. The hotel management is warm and welcoming. We were given all details we needed about the city, and even though we were a large group, everything was smoothly managed. The rooms are ok. Not top notch but not something bad either. Food is amazing.

Very good hotel. Location is very good. This hotel have all facilities like free wi-fi, room service, Free news paper in room at morning, Wake up call, Telephone in room etc.

Everything is good, expect their double bed is not for double person. and if you check in at night than you have no other option to take extra room or extra bed with extra charge.

The floor was kept clean.. And hygienic..
