After many years and repeated eyebrow jobs that went worse than each other, I decided to undergo laser tattoo removal. I solved the problem partially but the situation was even more disastrous because I found myself with completely red areas of my eyebrows. You can imagine my desperation until I came across Brigida's profile through social media... from there the world opened up to me and I decided to rely on her completely. I left Palermo just yesterday afternoon and arrived in Catania at the Body Face Studio, a very nice and welcoming centre. Federica, the girl who welcomed me was extremely kind. If there was the possibility to rate less than AWESOME I would! I went to this beauty center 2 years ago to have laser hair removal. When I spoke to the owner, Brigida, she told me that they had this exceptional new alexandrite laser and that at that moment there was a super promo..."75 euros total body, 10 sessions". I ask for various information before undergoing the first session and they even tell me to do a "cleaning wax" 15 days after the treatment. (Which is very strange since it is well known that when you start any type of laser you only have to use the razor!) Obviously I never listened to this nonsense they said and I continued to shave! Furthermore, after some treatments, I was told that if I had paid with the POS I would have had to pay 22% more VAT because they had had checks and by law from that moment on it would have been like this! YET THEY WOULD LIKE TO TAKE AWAY THE CASH! That day I went to collect money to avoid any discussion, after which I continued to pay by card even though the girl at the reception was clearly annoyed and said that perhaps the POS wasn't working! But there's no harm in trying, so in the end the payment was made successfully! It worked and well too! After 9 consecutive sessions, having had no results, I stopped in the months of July, August and September and when I returned in October, I pointed out that throughout the summer I had continued to shave every day. They start telling me that I haven't been consistent and to keep me good and dear they give me a free session and give me a further discount...instead of 75 euros I would have paid 55! What's more, they tell me "this time we'll use alexandrite!" Mmmmm but why what have you used until now? Like an idiot, I trust again, I carry out another 7 sessions, I get some results very slowly and when I stop for the summer at the end of June, all the hairs that I "had lost" with the interest appear again! So this summer I found myself shaving every day again! I call the owner and she doesn't answer, I call the center asking to always speak to the owner and I hear that she has nothing to tell me! BRIGIDA I would say that you don't even know where PROFESSIONALISM is at home! It makes me think "But you stole 1500 euros!" Messages are starting to arrive telling me that I haven't been consistent and blah blah, (thank goodness I have all the payments with the POS, so going back to review, I've been consistent and how)... but the best thing was feeling say “BUT DID YOU ONLY MAKE THE RAZOR?” I think there's something wrong! Find an agreement! Now...aside from the very obvious mockery, the point is not the extra sessions, because it can also be there (it depends on the type of hair and we all agree on this). The point is: But is it normal to stop after 17 sessions and see even the hair you lost grow back? I really don't think so... also because when I compared myself to REAL PROFESSIONALS, I was told that this is something that absolutely cannot happen! So PEOPLE BEWARE OF THESE MISLEADING ADVERTISEMENTS! IF YOU WANT A BAD TREATMENT AND A POOR QUALITY SERVICE THIS IS THE RIGHT PLACE!

Brigida is a professional person, skilled in putting you at ease and explaining in detail the treatment you choose. In my case (ON MALE) it is alopecia areata so the technique used on the eyebrows is called hair-to-hair dermopigemtation with a dermograph. The result is exceptional, it completely exceeded my expectations and I was literally amazed that the color did not fade or grey.
