My wife and I saw the gym was close to us while we were here on vacation for a couple of months - and decided to try joining. Even though we are not crossfit members in the US and we don't have great Italian language skills - the gym coaches were friendly and helped us join for the 2 months. We mostly do the "Funzionale" class for beginners, but sometimes get to work out with the CrossFit group. The coaches and members always greet us, explain exercises in both Italian and English to help us understand and the atmosphere is very friendly and motivational. It always feels like we are part of a big family or team. Sylvia is the coach that does all the functional classes and she is amazing and speaks English very well. We will be very sad when we go back to the U.S. - hopefully we can find a gym like this there.

Also, you can find other disciplines in addition to the Crossfit such as pilates, the work out and much more ... The characteristic of this box, in the heart of Catania, is the attention that it also reserve to disabled athletes, who can attend para powerlifting courses, an Olympic para discipline supervised by FIPE technical instructors. The best Crossfit box in Catania!
