My new s20 plus phone is having worst battery like 5 hours use, I went to Samsung care instead of repairing they are talking and consuming my time also informed this phone have normal battery backup..If this phone battery is like this with 370 KD worth phone I never recommend Samsung phones..

Dear Samsung, I give my note 20 for replacing the display with a new one. The technicians were excellent, but the customer service representative was extremely rude and lacked patience in listening to what the customer was saying. The technician was trying to understand him but couldn't. Finally, he wasted my three hours and returned my money. Horrible There is no such thing as a half star. Mob: 97404459

Absolutely horrible customer service and rude staff. They took their own time fixing my phone's display and also kept asking me to come the ''next day'' to collect my phone for 3 whole weeks. Please do not go here

One of the worst service centers. The staff are unprofessional and rude ! They replaced my screen but damage the camera and accused me that it was not working from the beginning !

Best place to get your Samsung phones fixed. The staff is very helpful and very friendly. It also does the work for very nominal rates which is quite rare for a service center that's official.

Very rude employee, a phone bought less than a month ago, and the clerk says that there is no guarantee because of water damage, the phone was never under water, and the phone is suposed to be ip 67 which is waterproof. No solutions at all

Worst service centre I have ever visited, there was issue with my galaxy bud live, right side bud was not working properly sound quality was not good, first of all the person on the desk was rude and told no need of any receipt when I insisted the he gave the receiving receipt. After one week I got a call that your bud is ready to be collected, when I received there was nothing change, they did nothing, then I returned back and asked for proper repair after that I got a call again after couple of days that your bud has been repaired and ready for collection, when I collected it was same as it is, nothing changed. Pathetic service. I won't recommend to visit Alnahar service centre Fahaheel.

Yes Al Nahar Plus is Good service centre and Employees are very friendly and helpful and electronic items drop there are recycling porpach available for recycling facilities.

If ur device is not under warranty get it done some where else, expensive++++. Customer service is lagging .

Samsung note-4 battery is not available there

My s10 plus given for the back glass replace.just one problem delayed service as per given time. But service is very good.
