I have visited barbecue Nation in seven cities and to say the least they never disappoint. It is centrally located. Enough parking. Space is less as compared to other cities but nothing to complain as such. Ambiance is okay. Service is very prompt and food is the star of the show. Variety of non veg items is sufficient. Love the taste and service. In covid situation they are maintaining and following guidelines.

Recently was at BBQ for a family dinner and we totally loved it. From a newly furnished ambience too food quality everything was literally amazing. Ambience of the place is too cool. Comes to the service so it was prompt, they are serving barbeque dishes on time perfectly. Dessert options are also too good with more than 15 options to try on. Overall a perfect place to have some good vibes with amazing food.

Amazing experience. Went to Barbeque Nation for Brithday. The staff and service was just 10/10. Servers kept asking if anything they can do to make food better, manager also talked with us and asked for any feedback and when we were done with starters, even the headchef came and asked us for any suggestions. Anyone who's thorough with eating-out (even like a gluten) would enjoy the economical buffet at Barbecue Nation. They have mostly a set variety of delicacies but, their food weeks are especially worth visiting. The best aspect - their service, especially at Riverside Mall. They are persistent and one would say 'hell-bent' to make their food taste exactly the way someone wants, for which special instructions are followed well by the catering chefs. And, this part makes every visit worthy of coming again. HOWEVER, their standards are not the same as before. Their food's mostly lukewarm, their drinks are hastily mixed and their cleanliness is questionable, as of 2021. I may think twice before visiting again.

While I have been here multiple times before this visit warranted a review purely for how amazing Mukesh was with overseeing everything. His attention to detail and helpfulness and his attentive nature is praise worthy. No doubt everyone else in the staff was amazing as well.

While the food is still good, BBQ just doesn't feel special anymore. Not only is it always crowded, but the service has also become 8/10 from the 10/10 that it used to be perhaps a few years ago.

Very Bad Experience on 28th June, 2023 at Barbeque nations, River side mall We booked for 4 members from 9- 12 pm. The manager, some Mr Dinesh and Mr As it, confirmed our booking. When we reached at 9.15 pm, he said there is no seat and we have to wait. That was actually very unprofessional and inefficient. To our utter shock we saw that some people were going inside and we were told to wait. 2 to 3 other families who were waiting outside also questioned these managers, but they did not have answer. Moreover they were not even trying to resolve this issue. People started shouting and asking them reasons but no answer. Seems they are partial people. We left because any family goes out to enjoy rather than getting harrassed by such unprofessional people. We being from Indian Army like discipline but sorry state of affair at barbeque nations. Won't recommend to our friends
