We had organised marriage function of our daughter but rooms and room service was horrible. Food was good. All commitments were turned down. Rooms were stinking,AC not working, all services delayed, no drinking water arrangments in scorching summer, plastic disposable glasses were in rooms, public toilets were stinking. Horrible experience. Think 100 times before organising any function in this hotel.

We had a celebration here... Their services were horrible. Party was in the basement where the AC wasn't working... Room didn't have mirror.. No room service.. Broken elevator... Broken doorbell. There was no one when the food was being served, people at reception just wanted the money after that everything was bad.

Hotel has the worst location and very bad services. Although the lady manager is quite helpful but poor amenities and staff members make the stay worse. Even the lift gets jammed very frequently and you get stuck. No refund will be given from any website if you book. Better go for some other property than this.

The Hotel is located on main road itself, easy to notice. In the room where we were accommodated, bathroom fan was making weird sound! But, AC, ceiling fan, geyser and lights were working. They have e-cards for door locking, no keys. Rooms in SS Grand Hotel have lots of mosquitoes to keep you company! We requested for change of room, they did not accommodate even though lots of Rooms were vacant. Receptionist at night is neither friendly, nor supportive of guests. Lots of scope for improvement..

Their new rooms are big but are having teething issues. However, the service is very good. Slightly away from City centre but very good place for someone who needs to stay away from the city buzz

Worst experience. We had my sister's engagement here.. every arrangement was very bad, they served expired ice cream and tap water. Don't ever consider this venue, they will ruin your function.

I stayed there for two days. The manager Vinay was horrible. He don't even know how to talk with the guests. Whenever you need any help he will just say that we don't have anyone free right now do it yourself

I have not very much good experience in this hotel. I would say, its not a hotel but its a like marriage place or banquet hall. I stayed there two nights. In regard to services, were not so good. Room was not having proper arrangement of basis amenities like intercom, gear was out of order.

Worst hotel I went on 1 oct here I booked hotel room for 3 hours 6 pm to 9 pm via goibibo I paid via Paytm and I got booking I'd।। But when I reached here with my family।।। they did not allow me to enter।। They told me they do not belive in online bookings।। ibobo is a fraud।।।।

I have planned my 2 days wedding function in this hotel. And they didn't left anything to ruin it. 1) Rooms are not maintained there is problem with each and everything in the rooms. 2)Lift getting shutdown. Having on 2 lift in the whole hotel 3)Food quality was worst. 4) snaks were missing from the menu which was decided. 5) shortage of staff as they took 2 -3 wedding on the same day in that hotel. Would not recommend anyone to this hotel.

My experience with SS grand was worst. Actually my booking was done with SS GRAND for my Ring ceremony. But I have received poor service. My guest are complaining that the washroom was not clean, even the food was stale and the manager doesn't know how to talk with customer.

Actually my booking done with SS GRAND for my ring ceremony in sapphire hall. after winding up everything we are arranging our gift with the help of hotel staff.one by one hotel staff took my gift from my room and put It into the car but one of the hotel staff found stolen the bride's watch which is gifted by the groom's family. ❌❌SO BE VERY CAREFUL AT THAT TIME OF BOOKING CAUSE AFTER THIS INCIDENT WE HEARED LOTS OF STOLEN CASES IN THIS HOTEL❌❌

Today the hotel provided dirty towel in room no. 216. Upon intimation to reception, I was provided with used wet towel. Even normal water in the morning was provided after 1.30 hours. Very very bad services.

We were at the wedding and it was around 11 in the night manager came drunk started abusing in front of the ladies and even after the agreement about the payment he started asking ladies about the payment. We complaint to the hotel incharge but now one took any action against that person and he is still working there. It was a pathetic service provided by the hotel and I would recommend not to go there might be he can do anything with anyone and no action will be taken

First time it provided very good service, staff was also well behaved & taste was awesome But the 2nd time, they provided very slow service, that we thought snacks will not come & during main course they provided 3 items after repeatedly asking about them & that also when half the guest left and took the money for all the items, even though it was left untouched due to late service

Stay was good. Attended a friend's marriage and it was organized. Little out of town but overall a nice venue. Ample parking space and well maintained.

Had a good stay here. Rooms were good and clean. Most important thing was the service provided by them. Manager was a fantastic host.
