Let me begin this review with the ambience, it's a beautifully decorated place with exquisite artwork on the walls, and the place all in all looks very lively, once you enter you'll feel refreshed just by the sight of it. It's very neatly organised. The owner is a wonderful person, very helpful and looks after every need of yours and would go out of his way to help you (thanks Ankit). The food is delicious, the other staff members are very supportive and the place has a very CHILL environment. Definitely going to visit the place soon, and would recommend it to others too.

I booked for two nights in Go Awadh and I wish I could have booked more. I felt so at home in this hostel. The owner himself attended to my every need while I am under his roof - from touristy places to the food to bus tickets to currency exchange - he wwas on top of everything. The owner also has a life full of interesting stories. When I was in Go Awadh, I never felt it as a hostel. I felt that I was at home amongst friends. And this is what makes Go Awadh different from the other hostels I stayed in. Good job Ankit! Hope to see u again soon!

During the past 2yrs of traveling around Asia, this guesthouse reached very high level on my list. I actually ended up here accidentally, before they were even officially open, but still they took such a good care of me and my husband. We had quite bad situation at another guesthouse and suddenly the owner just came to us, asking if he could help us. When I saw this guy looking at us willing to help no matter what the case is, I could see how truly humble person we were talking to. Without going any further with the bad situation, he was basically our saving angel. We were extremely happy to spend the next 4nights at Go Awadh. The place is just super comfy, rooms are really nice and spacious. Really liked the chilling area indoors and ourdoors, great to hang out in the evening outside, eat and drink some chai and enjoy the peacefull atmosphere. Location is great! Far from hassle but still close enough, great place to charge your energy after exploring the city. The guys do everything from their heart. And that's exactly what makes the difference. They've got all the pieces of the puzzle already connected. And don't forget to check the menu! The chef is fantastic - huge, super tasty portions! Can't thank you enough! We wish you all the best, will definitely see you all next time! Take care :)

We enjoyed our stay a lot. It’s a bit outside of the center but we liked it more in that area because it was not so crowded and there were a lot of good local restaurants/street food stands around. Staff is awesome and helped us a lot with train and everything else :).

Wowza!! A home away from home is what I got at Goawadh... they picked me up at the railway station late at night, had food kept aside for me and excimer me like family... as a solo traveler, sharing a meal with a group of people is priceless, I found that at Goawadh and way more... I recommended to check out yourself, it’s clean, fun, welcoming and friendly πŸ’—

This hostel is owned and designed by travellers.... so hand painted walls, delicious breakfast, amazing ambience, rooftops, huge common area that stretches into the front courtyard, everything is new and clean and most important 420 friendly. The staff are social and full of travel stories and advice. The city itself has been voted the best street food in India, is known for its Architecture and extremely rich in history, I stop here because I didn’t want to do 16hours on a train and wanted to break up the distance BEST DECISION I MADE! One to two days I would recommend to stay in Lucknow.

A perfect place for backpackers and solo travellers. Place is well accessible from the Lucknow Junction Railway Station. You get good number of foreigners also visiting this place. The range of books available at the bookshelf is also great. The photos that I have attached cover various parts of this place. Located in a serene colony-type locality it is peaceful place. The staffs are cooperative and your experience would be pleasant. For commute from this place to the city you can avail Ola or Uber bike 🚲 as well. Bathrooms have got geysers. The place is decorated with lot of witty posters all over the walls - even the toilets.

Stayed at the first hostel accommodation in Lucknow and had an extremely pleasant experience. Location: Situated at a quaint neighborhood of Gomti Nagar and near the local market area, the hostel is well connected with Hazratganj by a quick auto ride (at INR 20). It is also situated close to Ambedkar park and many new age cafes surround the area. Rooms: It was originally a guest house. The rooms are big. Washrooms are surprisingly bigger. They even have provision of a personal room Rooms are very clean. Has an AC. Are well ventilated with huge open air balconies. Kept clean on a daily basis. Common Area has a very cool sitting arrangement. The walls are colored with arty graffiti. There are books. There is a kitchen with clean drinking water supply. Breakfast is available in morning on request. There is a lawn outside with thrift shop takes place occasionally. Safe place. They provide lockers too, just bring your own key!

This place is a must visit and stay for all the tourists and localites as well. Has a unique fusion retro rajansthani ambience. Dorms are very cosy with good views. A good spacious hygienic place to stay at convenient cost.
