First of all, this is not KFC chicken. I have been eating kfc for so many years but the worst fried chicken I ever ate in Dharamshala. I wanted to review from a long time ago. When my wife and I went to eat there at once, I did not like the behavior of the service staff. There was a line for orders and instead of taking orders, those people were talking among themselves. After that all the tables had leftovers. The tables were cleared after what my wife told them. Today we ordered Super 6 combo. In which the chicken strip was good, but the fried chicken was so old that it was smelling too. We didn't even eat that. I am also posting the photo which food was not eaten by us because it was old and smelly. That food is still lying here. If you people want proof, then this food will remain like this till evening, you can come and see it. And I want to tell the management very clearly that you have got very negative reviews even before me but there is no improvement in sight. KFC is a brand but I don't think it matters in Dharamsala. And iam giving 2 star for pepsi and chicken strips.

Excited to see a KFC at Dharamshala. It is located at the Maximus Mall and it provides a sitting area inside as well as the outside of the restaurant. The dining area inside the restaurant is very small congested and claustrophobic. During my visit, there was an issue with electricity, so people had to eat their food in complete darkness for around 30 minutes. If you want to eat outside of the restaurant, you have to face the street dogs. I love dogs, but it’s not okay to have your KFC in front of street dogs. Moreover, no one from the restaurant itself bothers to take care of these stray animals. Overall, the food items are decent as expected from KFC, but the whole experience is not very good.

SCAM ALERT: My worst KFC experience ever. The lady at the counter knew nothing and looked like she joined without any training. So I ordered 2pc grilled chicken, 1 roll and 1 medium wings. I had not paid and The bill was not printed. I requested to remove the popcorn from the order and she refused saying that the bill process was done, which was obviously a lie. I knew she was trying to scam me to get more money out of my pocket. When I said no I don’t want the popcorn she said okay we won’t serve you. Like what? Like the worst ever service experience for me. I hope the store manager reads this and ensures this doesn’t happen to other customers. Not sure how many customers she has SCAMMED here. Never visiting this KFC again. STAY AWAY GUYS!!!

The service was nice . The place is usually crowded. The taste was nice.

I saw many reviews regarding customers receiving smelly n rotten chicken here before but still decided to give it a go thinking it can’t be same all the time.. but today I got this rotten and foul smelling wings. KFC needs some kind of quality check at this store. 👎

SCAM ALERT-::: When they ask single sauce or double sauce for ur burger make sure to say neither single nor double just get me the regular sauce what u guys put in burger normally...other wise they will charge 50-60 rupee extra per burger for sauce which is trap just to earn there pocket money....if necessary buy those bbq sauce seperately...

Worst KFC service ever. Ordered chicken popcorn and coke, the lady made it a combo with fries even when I said I don’t need the combo. She doesn’t ask if you need the dip, she add dips herself as well. Adding the picture of chicken popcorn which didn’t had chicken 😂 and others that had chicken were stale

Good Atmosphere. Fast service. I personally recommend chicken biryani combo.

The staff is supportive. Food is delicious. The girl at the front office is super cute. Even her name is in the employee of the month August. I wish I had her contact details.

Good food and having good deals and lightning fast service just go and grab your meal.

The lady in the billing counter denied she has no change and can not take the order. Which was rude and the manager stood at the back just watching..very bad customer experience.

You should be change your food patner take too much time for making anything. Time is important for everyone so please make sure that all the dining, takeaway ready make in its given time. Too lazy people service don't recommend this for anyone.
