I found Dr. Chakshu through a Google Maps search on my second day of a week-long stay in Dharamshala, and I’m so glad I did. The reviews seemed encouraging, so I set up a consultation appointment. She listened attentively to my experience with rheumatoid arthritis and all the treatments I’d tried in the past. She then designed a treatment programme that fit my schedule: I met with her therapist Tamanna (who was very friendly and professional) twice a day for therapies. And on my last morning, I received medicines to take once back home in New York. The therapies made a noticeable difference - my joint inflammation/pain declined significantly for weeks. I only wish I could’ve done a full panchakarma programme. Thank you Dr. Chakshu and Tamanna for such great care.

My cholesterol levels were going out of the charts. Despite being physically active, cholesterol levels were not coming down. I was advised to start medicine for the same. I went through Panchkarma Virechan therapy for 1 week and to my surprise not only my cholesterol became normal but i also felt so much improvement in my general health and energy levels.
