Beautifully and tastefully done up place, maintained by a very professional and warm team. My husband and I were here for one night, along with our daughter. All three of us thoroughly enjoyed the stay, ambience and food. Honestly, one night is just not enough to enjoy the beauty of The Himaal. Very personal and hospitable service. Excellent decor and rooms with plenty of great lounge areas. Well equipped washrooms. Well thought out toiletries. Great food. Highly recommended.

The Himaal is a beautiful boutique property in Bir-Billing. We stayed here for two night (14-15 Nov, 2023). Away from the hustle bustle, it’s a cozy and peaceful place. Not only the property is beautiful but the people working there are very helpful. A special thanks to Sharmila and her team who made all possible efforts to make our stay comfortable. I would highly recommend everyone to visit and stay at this amazing place. This is a home away from home.

Perfect place for designers, artist, nature lovers and that every person who is in love with colors, decor and peace. Everything here is designed so creatively giving very warm and chic ambience. I really appreciate the designing skills including detailing of every space and corner and cheery on top was that the place was absolutely clean. They ask everyone to remove footwear at the entry which does the trick but kudos to their staff for keeping everything so clean, not kidding one day I saw someone cleaning plant leaves and they have like 500 of them. So much passion and effort has gone into Himaal. Food, service and overall experience was just perfect.

It was an awesome experience to be there at The Himaal at Bir .We enjoyed every moment being there. The ambiance, care, service and personal touch provided by the staff and owners alike has made our trip memorable that we will cherish for rest of our lives. This is by far the best property i have been to in India in terms of hospitality, attention to detail, food and ambiance. The owners, staff all are amazing and the rooms & sitting areas are amazing. The property has chill vibes and you can sit on the terrace for sunbathing and enjoy the view of paragliding site. Its walking distance from market, paragliding site etc. the entrance to property is quite steep so i parked my car on toad to get an idea and then took my car to the property. Inside the property there is ample parking space.

I would recommend this hotel for the below reasons: 1. Spacious Private Car Parking - this is very rare on mountains 2. Roooftop Cafe offering 360 degree views of Bir and here you can see gorgeous sunsets 3. And third is the magical decor of rooms and the entire property The owner on the ground floor with his family so they will take care of like family, and you will see many varieties of flowers and plants all over the homestay and all are very well maintained. Food is also super yummy and cooked with love. We went in October this year and the place along with Bir was very lively. Overall had a great time at Himaal.

The Himaal experience was unforgettable. I immediately felt at home upon arrival. Bhuvan and Sharmila are the most gracious and welcoming hosts. The rooms were luxurious and full featured. Each room was based on a unique theme and decorated with close attention to detail. The balcony offered amazing views of the beautiful mountains and surrounding area. The staff was professional, welcoming, and attentive. The food, I cannot say enough about how incredibly delicious and fresh the food was. Every dish I tried was exceptional. My favorite dish was the Biryani rice, or the Paneer Lababdar, or the Chili garlic noodles, or anything on the menu! The food was freshly made to order with super tasty ingredients grown on the property. The Himaal is the ONLY place I would consider staying while in the area. Looking forward to my visit next year!

Without a doubt, this our favorite property in himachal. Every evening we made sure we back to our homestay to capture the breathtaking sunset from our terrace. Honestly, The place is so aesthetically decorated that you don’t even feel like stepping out 😂 Every decor piece here was so beautiful and Instagrammable. Even the rooms have a theme and element to it. 🤌🏻🤌🏻 Coming to food it was so delicious and I would definitely recommend trying the Himachali Dhaam Thali Lastly, the host was super helpful and hw helped us to curate the itinerary and suggested a few hidden places
