We took 1st floor room overlooking the ocean. Early January 2020. It can get cold at night here that time of year, also the sea causes humidity at dusk and overnight, therefore bedding can become damp. At these times ask for an electrical fire. Hotel manager is helpful and can provide one. The hotel do not have one, therefore be generous tipping if you get the server. An alternative at Marjane Guelmin you can buy an electric fire for 180 MAD. Our room was spacious, that room is a family room it has its own long internal corridor act like a dressing room. The bathroom off corridors has a horrible old Avocado coloured suite. Tiling is patchy and the bidet is not properly connected to the plumbing or waste font use it. The bath has been painted to get the Avocado colour match a fair shade additionally the paintwork though peculiar works well as an anti slip feature. The terrace bar serves food and drinks, it's good to sit out on the terrace the wall gives protection from all but the most vicious westerlies. Want to see a magical sun set, get out there and enjoy. Prices that room is 220 MAD per night. Two share skinflints can negotiate an easy new year bargain price 180 MAD per night. The terrace bar was making a fuss about providing coffee during our stay and refused to provide it. The night porter even early in the morning was always happy to provide a cup of coffee. Though it was probably instant. We didn't take any. The mint tea is devine. Not everyone would give this hotel a five 🌟however it has charm, fair to great service, mostly hospitable staff, remarkable location and a sense you are in Africa rather than Europe or USA. It's a little rough but well worth any minor discomfort in exchange for quirky charm and on the button atmosphere. I live this place with all its odd attachments and modest glory. It's a bargain.

I recently stayed at "Hotel Ait Baamrane" in Sidi Ifni, and I must say, the view of the beach from the hotel is absolutely stunning. Waking up to the sight of the ocean right outside my window was a dream come true. One of the standout features of this hotel is its reasonable prices, especially considering the prime location right by the beach. It's an excellent choice for budget-conscious travelers who still want to enjoy the beauty of Sidi Ifni's coastline. The hotel also has a restaurant and a bar, which is convenient for guests looking to relax and enjoy some local cuisine or refreshing beverages. The staff at both the restaurant and the bar were friendly and accommodating. However, while the location and the basic amenities are great, I couldn't help but notice that the hotel could benefit from some more care and maintenance. Some areas appeared a bit dated and in need of renovation. With a little more attention to detail, the hotel could truly elevate its guest experience. All in all, "Hotel Ait Baamrane" offers an unforgettable experience with its mesmerizing beach views and affordable prices. If you're willing to overlook some minor maintenance issues, you'll be rewarded with a memorable stay in the charming town of Sidi Ifni.

The room was not great even by Morocco travellers standards.. a little in the dirty side.. very minimal... BUT the staff was very friendly and accommodating and the location was very nice our room overlooked the water. If you are looking for a cheap ZERO frills place in Sidi Ifni then you will not be let down. And the thing is... they way I travel.. I would probably stay here again🤣😂

About the restaurant which is part of the hotel - tourist trap After two weeks in Morocco, this is our first negative experience. Before you get in, they will tell you they have all what you want. You will sit and order some stuffs. What you wanted won't be available at the end. They will either say that it's not available or try to bring you something "similar". Exemples from our expérience : - Before entering, we asked if they had fresh juices. They said "of course"... They had none of those listed on the menu... - We ordered a limonade. We got a Coca Cola. - We wanted the fruit salade on the menu. Not available but they could prepare a season salad (orange, banana, apple). Great. We ordered that... Each of us got in a plate : 1 banana, 1 apple and 1 orange, entire and unpealed of course. I don't call that a salad. No one does. And of course, the boss didn't want to understand anything when we complained about the fruit "salad". My advice for you is to NOT go there. The little bar futher on the left is a better guess.

Don't know about the hotel but the bar is good. However, the restaurant is the worst restaurant I have come across in Maroc over the past year. No bread, no olives with the dish nor Maroc salad just a small plate wanting big plate prices. Eat elsewhere.
