Bacon lovers, this is your place. Great selection of drinks to go with thick, crispy bacon everything. The nachos were spicy and excellent. No loud music, no tvs blasting. Just an old style pub that fosters a good conversation amongst friends.

I’ve been here a couple times now and I have not really been impressed by much of anything. However, the food has been decent and the waitress was super nice and friendly! They have a very nice patio that is relaxing, sunny and welcoming. It is a good spot to pop in if you need to kill some time, but it is not a place I would plan a “night out” around. Please “like” this review if you found it helpful

What a delightful pub and food experience. The decor is tastefully done and the menu is exciting; especially if you love bacon and the like! Their Pint-O-Bacon is legionary, 5 strips of thick cut bacon with a shot glass of extremely amazing maple syrup. Their Chips & Dip come with astounding salsa, guacamole, and nacho cheese that leaves your mouth watering. The Potato Beer Cheese Soup (whether you fancy a cup or a bowl) is made with the wonderful Oscar Blues Dale's Pale Ale and topped with their thick cut bacon crumbles, what a fabulous treat! The employees are attentive, helpful, and kind; you'll feel well cared for. This is a place to come check out and return often.

Good local low-key bar specializing in whiskeys. They also have good tap beers and a decent selection of unique cocktails. Food is casual, good quality, and reasonably priced. Tip is included with the base price, and it seems like the place treats their employees well. Cheers!

Lovely patio so long as you have a tiny butt. The chairs on the patio are the most uncomfortable I've ever sat on, and that's why it's not getting 5 stars. The pint of bacon and the bee's knees (pictured) is great!

Food was okay. Decent selection of drafts. Waiter didn’t introduce himself but scolded us for walking in with a can of sparkling water. When we asked him what was good on the menu, he said, “You’re asking the wrong guy; I don’t eat or drink here.” Maybe we should’ve asked for the “right guy” to help us out because our one “fun night out” in Ft. Collins could’ve easily turned sour. My suggestion would be, be kind to guests and learn the menu so you know how to suggest items. Would’ve loved to have a non-pretentious experience. Won’t be coming back.

I enjoy coming to this establishment for a number of reasons: 1. Very friendly and professional staff. You will find that they treat their customers with respect and make you feel like "family". 2. Great selection of delicious food to choose from. 3. Wide variety of drink selections. (Join their whiskey club.) 4. Great atmosphere whether you are alone, on a date, or with others. (No televisions plastered on the walls. Low volume music that you can hear, yet keep a conversation going.) 5. The clientele are very friendly among each other. Everything and everyone make you feel welcomed and comfortable. I look forward to spending more time here. And, they just opened a new location in Windsor where you can get the same impeccable service and hospitality.

Went here for my friend's 30th birthday dinner and it was so fun! Loved the food and drinks - and the mocktails!

Great pub with wide selection of beers. Had a BLT sandwich and the bacon was off the chart! Service was great. Highly recommended.

For the love of Whiskey and pork! This place was great. I incoherently dropped an exclamatory four-letter word upon my first bite of the food- bön appetít! Excellent service. Pet friendly -ask for some bacon for the pup

I had never been here and I thought it was terrific...the menu was extensive and varied and their whiskey list was amazing...highly recommended...

Ok, so the food is amazing and so are the drinks. The only small things, the Mac n cheese options, are so damn delicious. They just need a little more of the Mac with the dishes. The drinks were delicious, but they were kind of small for the price. (The mixed cocktails) Overall, fantastic an you should check this place out.

We like this place for happy hour. Really great drinks. It's a whiskey bar, but they have other fun cocktails too. Yummy and diverse menu appeals to anyone. Love the hummus and the chili dog! Quality vegetarian options. Cool ambiance too. Do it!!

Good food great service. I had a spicy pork belly sandwich and Irish pale ale. That just made my day. Very friendly service at the bar. A++++

We've eaten here in the past, before COVID, and/or excited to go back. However it was extremely disappointing this time compared to how great it was the first time. The food was okay at best, the atmosphere pulled off the neat trick of feeling both claustrophobic and empty at the same time. The servers were attentive and friendly. Overall, not likely to go back again, unfortunately.

I was lucky enough to attend a special bourbon tasting, and it was entertaining and educational! I was able to get there early and enjoy my meal and drink before the program started, so I could both. Great service and delicious pint of bacon - my guilty pleasure!!

Amazing food and great drinks. The clientele is always genuine, and the staff is on their game. They have a really nice layout with a bar separated from a dining area separated from a patio area. They're always offering some new and interesting drink. Do not pass up on the pint of bacon!

Was hopeful after reading the reviews, but wow - what a terrible experience. Sat at the bar with a friend…and the service was spotty and inattentive. It was clear the two bar staff were not interested in entertaining their personal friends who were also at the bar. Food, again - hopeful. Average at best. Would not recommend - especially with so many other options in Fort Collins.

This is a cozy place to meet friends. The whiskey menu is frankly overwhelming actually. The food, beer menu and service are ok. The patio seating is really nice on a comfy evening. It feels a little pricey to me, but depends largely on what and how much you drink. Nice once in a while.

One of my favorite spots! Amazing staff and wonderful drinks. Never had a bad experience and the bartenders seem to love their jobs.

Great place to sample a wide range of whiskey, bourbon, scotch and more. The staff was very knowledgeable and attentive to our novice questions. Thanks for the great service.

The pinto-o bacon appetizer is amazing! So delicious. Impressive selection of bourbon, whiskey & beer and knowledgeable staff. You can come here for just about anything and not go wrong. Great gem in FOCO and a must visit!

Ridiculously great drinks. SO MANY WHISKY SELECTIONS! Pair this with darn tasty thick Bacon and it is a dream come true 🤣🤣🤣 Serving sizes are huge. My husband and I shared a sandwich and still couldn't finish.

Irish bar and restaurant inside shopping mall with outdoor seating. They seem to have a bit of a focus on pork products like bacon which is fine by me. I noticed staff is very well spoken and also heard server going into some old Irish bar. Was pretty quiet but it's a holiday weekend. Outdoor seating, full menu and craft beer. Sit down area inside, will be coming back!

What a wonderful experience. The staff are amazing. The food was absolutely delicious. Really loved the atmosphere; no televisions because they encourage conversation. I will be eating here again!

Always a good selection of whiskey from all over the globe. Some hidden gems like Old Forester Birthday Bourbon at a good price! Bartenders know their whiskey and can help you find a dram that you want!

Tried to go there twice for their Sunday brunch. First time we came around 1130 and sat for about 30 minutes and no one came to help us. We ended up leaving. 2nd time we came and they said they wouldn't be able to take our order for 20 minutes which was coincidentally when Brunch ended. Their food and drinks are amazing, which is why I am giving them 2 stars, but I do not recommend you come during brunch unless you come really early or want to just sit around until brunch is over for someone to finally help you.

A cozy bar with a great whisky/cocktail selection and the food is solid. A unique gem you wouldn't expect to find in a shopping center.

A wonderful place! A Pub where you can truly relax, enjoy a delicious drink, & food. No loud music, No TV screens!!!! I highly recommend this place. It’s what a Pub should be, we don’t have enough of these. Friendly staff.

William Oliver's is my go to bar, hands down. I don't go out much so when I do, I know I can get great whiskey cocktails, beer, and food here. The atmosphere is fun but laid back and there isn't loud music blaring over you when you are there to talk with friends. It's a wonderful neighborhood pub.
