Wow! One of the best restaurants in Colorado. The food is incredible and so unique. I loved every minute of this meal. Great date night, very romantic. Elegant, luxury, experience and abundant portions.

We made reservations for my wife’s birthday. She really wanted a nice chef’s tasting menu, and this seemed like the best option. The place did not disappoint. All 5 courses were very delicious and wonderfully presented. Options change daily, so I won’t spend too much time describing the individual plates. Drinks were also awesome. Well balanced, great looking and tasty. Dessert was so good, I felt like ordering another plate. Orange+chocolate = amazing. If I have to nitpick, I wish they gave us a few extra pieces of potatoes with the steak - one smashed piece was just not enough. I understand that’s not the purpose of a tasting menu, so I can’t complain. We had a great time and we will be coming back. I’m excited to try the a la carte options. Also, wine list is spectacular. Wife opted for the pairing with the dinner and she loved every single glass. Our waitress was lovely. We sat at the high top at the entrance, and I am hoping to see more of the interior next time. See you soon!

Still in the top 5-10 in the greater Denver area. Great food and service. Far greater value than the overpriced Vail and Beaver Cheek restaurants we have recently

The chef's choice five course meal was a great option for trying decadent dishes that you might not order on your own. The food and cocktails we ordered were great and our waitress, Sarah, was phenomenal. A great place to celebrate any occasion.

I'm very disappointed that I'm leaving such a low review today. I had been here a couple years ago and it was so amazing! Everything was perfect, so I wanted to bring a friend here to celebrate his birthday. Which they were very accommodating to, but one of the members of our party was vegan and we called two days ahead asking if we could accommodate that. I was very disappointed because the restaurant didn't plan anything or work anything out. We had to ask again while there and our server kept forgetting to talk to the chef about it. They gave no options on what he could eat, they pretty much selected his food for him. The mushroom pesto they made him was very bland, the mushrooms were soggy and cold. Our waitress, Jennifer was very rude to him she kept looking back to scoff at him and roll her eyes. He also touched some gum under the table and that's something you'd expect at McDonald's not somewhere like this. We also waited 40 minutes before we got any drinks. I'm really embarrassed I took my friends here. It was an enjoyable experience because we were in good company not at all cause the service or food itself.

We have yet to be disappointed coming here. The food is top notch and technically sound. The duck skin was crispy, the scallops were perfectly seared. This is a restaurant that is worth the money as you can’t get this quality anywhere else in the area.

As someone who traveled extensively for 8 years throughout all 50 states and Canada, taking clients out, I've had my fair share of excellent meals. Chimney Park ranks among the best I've been to. Chefs tasting menu is fantastic and fun to do with several people. It is a bit pricey, but definitely worth it for a nice occasion. Love how they use local products.

Went here for two birthdays and had an amazing time. Great service, nice atmosphere, and wonderful food. The menu does change. The entire table got the ribeye and loved it. So tasty and the whole dish had a balanced (not too heavy) flavor.

Wow! I was lucky enough to have Christmas Eve dinner at Chimney Park... The evenings menu was incredible with an excellent choice for each course. Nice size portions with an amuse bouche starter that was one of the best morsels I have ever eaten! I was alone and sat at the bar. My server, Karen was very accommodating and attentive, which made the meal even more enjoyable. You can wait for a holiday or special occasion to eat here, but why wait when a meal here is always special! Thank you Chimney Park staff! I shall return.

We started with the bread service (with a tallow candle) and burrata. We each had the lobster bisque (beautiful presentation). For entrees, we had the ribeye and scallops. This was BY FAR one of the most delicious meals we’ve ever had. I could go on about how tasty everything was. The service was impeccable (thanks, Abby)! The restaurant itself has a thoughtful, romantic design. We live 50 minutes away but will definitely come here for celebrations and date nights. 10/10!!! Thank you!!!

I took my girlfriend to her birthday dinner there. When we arrived, the staff was very friendly and the ambience was quite nice. They had us at a beautiful table. I’m assuming because of the occasion, and we’re very prompt to ensure that we had our water and our drinks in a timely fashion. Justin, our server was absolutely phenomenal and extremely knowledgeable about the menu even though a portion of the menu changed daily. Justin was a true professional, and made sure that all of our needs were met throughout the night. The food was exquisite and had little to no complaints about the quality of food that we were served. For the main course I ordered the the ribeye. It was not the best ribeye I had ever had but it was most certainly in the top five for restaurant steaks that I have eaten. Overall between the ambience, the service, and the quality and deliciousness of the food… this place is a 10 out of 10 and I would highly recommend. I will definitely be returning.

What a great meal! Business dinner during the week. Flawless service from the moment we were seated to the end of the evening. Ordered a gin and tonic. Drink was generous with the gin and enjoyable. We started with Grilled Octopus for an appetizer. Fork tender and perfectly grilled with just the right amount of seasoning. All 3 of us ordered the ribeye along with one sea scallop. Delicious. Steak was properly served at the requested rare level. The scallop was superb. End of the meal, we all opted out of dessert. Drinks were finished and plates cleaned. What a gem in Downtown Windsor!

We ate here because it was recommended by a friend and it was amazing. Every now and then we will try to do some fine dining. This place really felt cozy, and classy at the same time. Our server Emily was great. We did the 6 course meal with wine pairing and Every bite was amazing. We tried some foods we've never tried, and wines that we normally wouldn't have chosen. Each pairing was well thought out and made this into quite the food adventure. Compliments to the chef. We will definitely be back soon.

Talk about phenomenal. In addition to the dishes pictured, I had two small plates, octopus and gnudi. Everything was fantastic. Service at the bar was wonderful, and the cocktails were as well. I had an aviation and a whiskey sour with egg white, both of which were on point. I highly recommend Chimney Park, and the two hour drive round trip was a rewarded effort.

Such an incredible dining experience for my birthday! The food, drinks, and dessert, is divine, enough said. We are so lucky to have a restaurant like Chimney Park in Windsor. If you’re ready to spend, (the food is worth it) this is a fantastic place to share a special occasion.

This place is beyond excellent. I’ve been here a few times now, and had a great experience every time. Food is a bit pricy, but the best in northern Colorado without a doubt— worth it for sure. I’ve read some of the bad reviews, and people are either very unreasonable, or we are just visiting a different restaurant, cause everything I’ve had here is beyond phenomenal.

I had high expectations, and they absolutely blew those out of the water! An unforgettable fine dining experience. We were given a treat from the kitchen to start us off, which was a smoked Toro creation on a hoke made chip that had more flavor than you could possibly imagine. I had the house smoked Toro appetizer and it was melt in your mouth, smokey buttery goodness. They had a special wild mushroom and truffle "cappuccino" soup that was the best musrhoom soup I've ever had. I tried some of my friends lobster bisque and it was easily some of the best I've ever had, and the presentation was top notch. For the main course I had the bison NY strip and it was super tender and full of flavor. For dessert I had the creme Brule with ice cream and they absolutely nailed it. Real whipped vanilla bean with a thick sugar bark on top. I could eat here every day.

Well traveling for work from Florida the other evening I had this amazing dinning experience at Chimney Park. I am very new to tasting menu but this one did not disappoint. It started with a smoked Salmon Moose on puff pastry, then a pork belly risotto with lobster. I know it seems like an odd combination but it worked. Then I Foie Gras, and this delightful root vegetables salad. For my main course I was served this rare and ever tender Elk Tenderloin with was rich in flavor and this nice balance of gaminess not too much not to little it reminded your it something different. Finished off with this delightful hazelnut cake and foam. All in all the services great thanks Emily and the food was experience I would have again.

I was so impressed! My husband and I both have food allergies and they were so accommodating! This was honestly one of the best meals I've had in my life and made for a very special anniversary for me and my husband. This is the perfect place for special occasions. Honestly the service was probably the best I've ever had, everyone went out of their way to make us feel special.

My favorite place in Colorado! Every experience is constantly good. Tonight my boyfriend and I dined for our anniversary, Karen dropped some drinks to us and took care of my first round because in MAY she forgot to make my desert drink! This is stellar service! The staff always goes above and beyond. From start to finish, the meal, the service and the experience is always a 10/10. I couldn’t suggest this place more!
