Love how organic treatment for face, hair and body. The product is not really sharp. The service is good. Better to have reservation before treatment.

Quite cheap for an aesthetic care. They serve men too. If you come here for the first time, they will consult you with their doctor. There is a lot of treatment and product here. The ambience is really good, cool air conditioner, updated music, free snack and candies etc.

The threatment, cream, facial foam etc are still on budget...this branch mostly crowd and need patiently queueing..

The people are friendly,yet the time management for each treatment step is HORRIBLE. Usually,I'll only wait 10-15 minutes at most,but this time is almost 40-45 minutes. I know it's after Lebaran day,however they can actually put a strategy to save time (i.e. make a quota reservation etc). This is the WORST facial treatment that I have experienced,almost 3,5 hours(??). I skip some steps such as tidying the eyebrow and applying moisturizer/acne lotion after mask step,since that's totally USELESS (when I finish,it's dark already outside). Compared to its branch in Surabaya (where I usually go and which has SO MUCH BETTER service),this one needs to improve FOR REAL!

Idk how they manage their service in not really hectic situation, the costumer was not crowd at all. They make me waiting for almost 1 hour in every single step in the treatment, especially after the steam done and the face mask dry. Moreover i saw another patien who start the treatment 30minures after me can finnished the treatment before my face mask taken off. This already happen since the last 4 visit of my treatment. So dissapointed
