One of the worst experiences ever! We went to the pool First, Very Bad service . We ordered shisha, after waiting for 1 hour we asked and they told us they don't have anymore. So I requested to get back the money. I had to go around from person to person and they all had the same reply ( go look for the person that took the money from you) Second they deserve a zero on cleanliness, the bathrooms are super super super dirty. I bet public bathrooms are way cleaner. This was a very bad experience I'm never coming back again

We stayed there 2 days in the hotel. The price was expensive for what we got. Room was ok, the view was good but the safe was broken and the refrigerator was not working. Outside the room, the spaces were not clean specially the pool and the area around it. We woke up to find on the tables next to the pool cigarettes, fries and stuff from yesterday that stays all the day without anyone coming to clean it. The pool was full of particulates and hair and the beach was not clean at all. The star I gave this hotel is for the view and the food that was good and delicious.

Edit: the owners wife "Madam Saleh" came to speak to us and told us there was nothing she could do. They refused a refund and called us liars. Avoid this hotel at all cost! Read the reviews! Paid 225 a night. Not worth it at all. Air condition did not work, we sweat the whole night. Furniture is soiled and dirty with stains on every single piece. Refrigerator did not work, they replaced it, still doesn't work. Exposed wires on the blow dryer. Shower head broken you have to hold it to shower. One of the lights in the bedroom did not work. Over all cleanliness of the room was disappointing for the price. Called service desk and they told us they couldnt do anything until the following morning. Hotel needs major updating. I do not recommend this hotel.

Resort is good as place and swimming pools however it is very dirty,service is too bad .Some doors are not working so we spent two days without locking the door and we talked to fix the door 4 times but they didnt show any interest. It is too expensive to what we got . No one is watching the safety at swimming pools .They dont have any activities even on weekend Because they dont have money to pay as they said .I dont recommend this place at all exceot for one day swimming and not as residency in chalet .

Wouldn’t recommend at all, the staff is very classist and raciest, it’s not a warm welcoming space

We paid a huge amount of money equivalent to a presidential suite in the best hotels of Beirut and received a chalet that is worth less than a third of what we paid. Bed sheets had old stains, the chalet key didn't work, and we had no shampoo or soap and Shower water had a weird salty taste. We didn't receive any breakfast and the chalet was furnished for two knowing that we reserved it for four guests. Worst experience of my life.

Friendly staff, amazing view, lovely swimming pools

It has a nice view on the sea, but not worth the 150$/ night and it’s not a 5*, Very poor breakfast Dirty beach, rubbish and cigarette butts everywhere, sunbeds are broken and have no cushions so it’s painful to lay down and tan. Cold shower, smells of sewers The only good thing why I added another star is the staff, they are incredibly nice and smiling and helpful all the time. They were really the only thing that made the experience better.

My husband and I did our wedding in the Marina venue and stayed 4 nights after that. The rooms were 150$ per night and it was definitely not worth the price. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was not that great. Especially the carpets were very dirty and obviously not vacuumed in a while. The phones were not working our entire stay even though we told them several times. No gym and spa was closed, only amenity available is the pool. The breakfast buffet was very poor only a few options and does not reflect on a 5 star resort experience. The only upside is the location and the resort itself, but with the price they are asking a better service and amenities would be expected.

Good place to spend few days of total relaxation Used to be my summer spot during summer when I lived in Beirut.

The sea view from the hotel are great and beautiful . The beach is clean but on one of the sides has some rocks but it still very big so you can use enjoy the clean one. The reason i gave 4 stars is the room are clean but not good enough regarding the furniture and the balcony

I absolutely love this place, and I would give it 10 stars if I could. We visited multiple times in the past three years, and it was awesome each time. The food is delicious, the place is spotless, and the pools and amenities were top-notch. I especially loved the beach and when you're done with that, you can use one of the multiple pools available. The view from the balcony of the hotel is incredible. It's like you're in a European resort but much better because the hospitality is Lebanese. My favorite part of the experience at Jiye Marina was the multiple ancient treasures scattered along the place. I believe there were a few Phoenician and Roman tombs and artifacts. This was my favorite part of the experience because I'm a history buff and these are things you'd usually see at a museum. I highly recommend Jiye Marina to friends and family and believe that it is truly one of the best resorts in the area. The people are classy, it is a family-friendly place, and you have plenty of room to walk around and do as you please.

We slept one night there, the room is so regular. The breakfast was bad. And the generator went off from 8 am till 10 am the following day. Its not worth 200$ at all. We were so disappionted.

I booked a chalet with my family the room was clean and fully equipped from A to Z the staff of the receptionist are very friendly and very hospitable and very smooth in communication, thank you for this great experience see you soon .

Nice place, nice warm water but the beach could be cleaner. Lots of rubbish and the ubiquitous mazout that stains clothes, shoes an feet.

The resort is impressive but a service poor. Maybe too many tourists? A waiter took order and disappeared :-) However, beach is excellent, waves big enough to enjoy and still be safe. Restaurant serves tasteful Lebanese and European cuisine for reasonable prices.

It was great overall stay. Pool, food. All amazing. Just room service was very bad. But they still worked with us as much as possible to make it up. I would say they need to hire more people to accommodate guests. That was the only problem. Plus we were a group and had seven rooms. My room had a horrible sewers smell. The room was directly at the pool just few steps and I'm right there. Huge terrace that was big enough for all of us to have a fun family gathering each night after the beach and the sun. Food at all restatements was amazing. Speacily the Moje restaurant. I sound have given 5 stars for sure if room service was better. Thank you any way reception and manager at room service to work with me as much as you could.

The hotel and the rooms are amazing. The pools are very nice too, the problem is that many people swim with their clothes on. The breakfast was supposed to start at 8:00 but it started only at 8:40😒. We didn't have breakfast as we had a flight to catch.

I booked a suite/chalet for a one night stay with my family. With the price i paid (300 dollars) i received a room without towels (had to wait 2 hours for towels). There was no water in the room, no water boiler and not even shower gel or shampoo (just soap in a dispenser). Best of all, the 300 dollar stay came with no breakfast. Not sure how they can call this a resort

Dirty rooms, AC didn't work, they refused to let us talk to the manager/supervisor. After an hour of not letting up, the owners wife came to talk to us like we knew he should be lol, refused a refund. Read all the negative reviews and don't come here. Way overpriced.

The place is not safe at all,even the place has a perfect view and location but the resort facing a insecurity problems,no security men in early morning hours.you must be careful,there cannot be a place for tourists without safety.thank you
