New. The furniture is still new, the rooms are clean. The only issue we had was we booked it for 2 nights but stayed for only 1. The pool wasn't clean, very moldy... The staff is helpful and very nice. The next day, we saw them emptying the poolto clean it properly.

Lovely, clean, cool, calm and very helpful friendly staff. Mini bar is daylight robbery though. It would not hurt the hotel to provide free drinking water in the rooms. The breakfast was beautiful and the town is lovely too. We would definitely stay there again.

It was perfect. The combination of luxury and coziness! The service is great and the staff are friendly. Not to mention their high maintenance and hygiene protocols. Totally recommend the view.

The hotel is beautiful from outside and inside,lovely location but the managment is so unprofessional and cheap. My toilet was not clean. We had a beehive on the window. Faucet in the living room doesnt work properly.it showers you while cleaning ur plates. You need to press the elevator several times to work properly and go down to lobby..There is only a kettle in the room even no cups. No hairdryer .only one soap in the toilet. Staff not wearing masks. And price changes from day to day. I do not recommend this hotel unless the managment changed.

Extremely clean. Friendly service, 5 minutes walk from Jezzine city center. Highly recommended.

We had a marvellous stay at the Green Lake Hotel, very friendly staff and feels like home… highly recommended... they have an amazing pool to swim in, a delicious restaurant for morning breakfast and your room is paired with a balcony facing either jezzine’s main road or the lush green pine forest of the region !

Great place to eacape the chaotic city. Very clean place and still brand new. Also, covid friendly place, some items were not available in the room because of sanitary purposes but they were provided immediately upon request. Great staff and looking forward for another stay!
