Finally a big and nice mall next to Bshamoun and Aramoun with a wide range to restaurants, shops and cafes. The cinema theater is comfy with a very helpful and friendly staff.

Promising mall in a crowded area. Spinneys will surely attract the major part of consumers. The mall itself is not amazing, however it is huge and still new which means still in perfect condition.

Good meal in the relatively newly developed districts of bchmoun, choueifat and aramoun. Cool area with lots of international and local stores and a movie theater. The staff also has a well developed food court with a range from fast food to more upscale offerings.

Main road access is always subject to traffic jam. Moreover, every now & then the road infrastructure is initiated🚧🚜🚧. Otherwise, interior circulation and architecture of this mall is feasible and attractive.

It's not that big but it's good enought . It has a very nice food court . I love pretzels and they have Mr Pretzel there. My kids live meito and there is one there too. But most of all i loved the playing yard for kids

Worse mall in history, I've never seen a mall that only has 10 stores in it, and the rest of the stores are closed🤣🤣🤣 and yeah people will say it's because the country and it's economy, but it's no reason to keep a mall open. And God help the stores that are still open.

Beautiful mall, with good supermarket. You can find all international brands you want, and several cafes like Starbucks.. In addition to the good cinema.

Lovely new mall just outside of Beirut, features the first ever IHOP in Lebanon, large cineplex too and awesome views of the Beirut Airport runways.

One of the worst malls I have ever visited. The last 2 floor are very hot and have no to little conditioning. The cars that kids can rent are broken except for like 3 (there's like 10) . I regret every moment of thinking of going there. However, the stores on the first floors are really cool!

Used to be a great place. Most of the stores are closed now. We used to come with the kids to play at the magic isles. The magic isles are still open, but only to take your money. AC was turned off, lights were mostly off, all electronic games were off. When you tell the employees, they were all taught the same sentence "oh AC is off, but its too hot, so it's not able to catch up", and they disappear.

The mall is pretty much dead at this point.

Empty mall, management should either work to attract new shops or close the mall!!

it's acceptable but wish it had more shopping places and more places to sit at and drink. A very dry mall with no entertainment. it can do do much betterr.

Convenient and quiet, Spinneys’s Happy is a great plus

Love the mall, nice place for shopping, gym or gathering! Restaurants are delicious and the Smoking Shisha are perfect!

The decorations for Christmas are nice although half of the mall is closed now a d the selling rate is low.

Very empty with most all restaurants closed. There is a court though.

Great mall with many dress store, they have cinemas and fast food restaurants, but the parking was filled with water during minor rain and also i couldn'y reach the other parking because some cars were blocking the way.

Nice mall, not crowded, and every first weekend of each month they have a farmers market.

I wonder why the owners of the mall are not taking actions regarding the decline in shops which is scary. The mall is getting empty,didn't you notice?! There are many steps you can do to prevent such a catastrophic situation. Why don't you make a plan for new tenants, like for example free rent for one year with payment of utility expenses only so that you don't loose. It is sad to see this situation for such a nice mall

has some good shops, needs more tho.
