The food is yummy and worth trying. The staff is so kind and friendly, and the service is very good!

Great Cozy place to hang out with your friends and eat have snacks drinks and it has everything you Basically need you can watch tv and football but would be really nice if able to add a playgrounds for kids to play with . Great service gives you what you need. Food takes 15 to 20 mins sometime and great chinese food

Open garden cafe in quiet area in Saida. Parking available. We took late ramadan bites and drinks. 3 big tv screens and nice music added a cozy vibes to the night. Affordable prices we where 7 people and cost us 55000 lbp 😁.

Ward is one of my favorite places in saida. Whether you want to sit indoors or outdoors, both sections are really comfortable and nice. The staff is friendly and professional, and the food was very delicious, and the portions were really good. I definitely recommend this place for everyone.

One star to a woman, who cleans this place. The garden is beautiful. The service is sucks. We chose a table outside, then they said to go inside. But inside everyone was smoking shisha! So we were back in the garden. This place don't care about ppl who come to leave money here. It was our first and last visit there.

Surprisingly any place having a good start in saida starts suddenly to go down especially in customer service . The hostess was somehow rude and treats customers according to how they seem and friends getting better service even if they come late. We asked for a couch and surprisingly they were all booked even though stayed empty after 1 hour . During weekdays , you get better service .

It was the worse experience I ever had in a café. The best thing was the waiters way of treating customers, they made us feel as if we are at home. But it was the worse service ever, the order took forever to reach our table. The hot drinks ordered, reached the table cold. Some of the orders received are wrong (not what we ordered). The crepe tastes bad and the flavors aren't nice at all. The indoor space doesn't have any ventilation system so with all the hookahs there it will be impossible to have any source of oxygen. Also, the menu prices are completely different than the ones you receive when you order the bill (the menu excludes VAT so the prices increase on bill). Long Story short, worse experience ever and will never repeat it.

Best service when the place is not so crowded, else you will have to wait 40 min for a cup of tea.

We wanted a table inside but they ignored our request + we ordered at 11:00 p.m and the drinks came at 12:00 very slow service. we didn't order any food or desserts because the drinks took too much time, and we didn't want to wait for another hour. But the drinks were good though. 🙄
