I spotted Kotob online whilst looking for a heavy duty barbecue grill, having physically browsed the market with its confusing payment techniques and conflicting prices not to mention the bad Chinese quality flooding the market . Kotob staff upon being contacted , were more than professional , more than knowledgeable and familiar with their products … they indeed gave their honest advice in terms of product and price … not to mention that due to bad internet connection they actually ensured persisting repeated calls until they earned my genuine customer satisfaction … I went as far as Saida to complete the transaction not only because it was the best price but their staff conduct is what I call a “ rare commodity “ nowadays in Lebanon … all my respect and best wishes to a staff member lady called Farah for her patience , care and professionalism … thank you and good luck

All brands are available. The ability to pay in installments is available for employees. The prices are compatible with the services they offer. We have been their customers for 30 wethet it is back pack or a kitchen appliance, I am always sure they are the authentic brand. I buy mobile phones all kichen ware and electric appliances from Kotob city. Yet , the computers are overpriced and their sale offers for computers are not logical. Who puts core i3 for 300$ 😤

Very bad service. I ordered an item more than 2 weeks ago online and didn’t receive any. It was supposed to be for someone’s birthday. Their policy states that it needs 2 days of shipping then when I contacted them, they told me 5 to 7 days due to the fuel shortage which is understandable, but here I am 2 weeks later, with no products in hand. Super unreliable and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Ps: they charge delivery in $.

Very nice staff and an incredible selection of appliances and electronics , however they are incredibly overpriced considering some of the brands like Black and Decker are budget Walmart brands but priced like luxury items , I suspect this has much to do with import tax but I suggest buying what you need abroad and avoid buying small appliances in lebanon all together.

From the moment you enter the centre till you leave they are most professional. I had a tv installation it was done perfectly in 25 minutes . In terms of customer service they are definitely market leaders

After purchasing the Vacuum cleaner, it did not work at home, however when returning the item back to store, the sales person tried it and it worked as the he explained that the issue could be from electrify at my place if I have solar system energy, and then it worked and no problems where faced.
