Going to that place after two years of being abroad, I can easily say: Worst customer service. They want to sell you mixed baklava only, you can’t pick the kinds you like. I tried, I said I don’t mind paying extra but I really don’t want “all” those kinds as I don’t eat them/ like them all.They kept on giving the same answer like robots. I don’t understand how a store enforces on customers what to buy!! Last time I bought from that place was 2 years ago and the sweets were excellent. I didn’t but anything this time and I will not go back to that place.

Although their products are the best in Sidon and even in all of Lebanon, they treat people in a condescending and humiliating manner and a lack of respect in a way that contradicts the simplest rules of dealing with customers

Sweets from here cross borders - was given to me as a birthday present by a Lebanese friend - as we were having a jolly good birthday party in San Diego. Being of Indian origin, I was pleasantly surprised at the familiarity I felt on tasting these. Textures that felt so familiar, and taken to the next level by some of the most flavorful Pistachio nuts. Great sweets, highly recommended!
