Lovely place. Although we went on the weekend, it wasn't crowded. There is a space for kids with water games and slides. The kids can play the whole day but the water at those games is on from 1 to 4 pm. There is also another calm space for adults away from the kids noise. The beach space is also very comfortable, relaxing and breathtaking. We did not go into the water. It wasn't allowed because of the big jellyfish wave coming across the lebanese shores at the moment. The lifeguards are around every pool and very helpful. But the other staff were grumpy and the service was very slow. The entrance fees are reasonable but the food is expensive and of poor quality.

Very bad experience and very bad customer service. the bungalows and its bathroom are not clean at all and having a bad smell. every thing is poor and cheap, no wifi no tv channels no towels in room. They charge us extra 50,000 for an extra bed and they bring the sponge of the outdoor sofa with a dirty pillow.

i bought the entrance through makhsoum however i was not allowed to use even though i can as per the terms. water not clean, food and drinks super expensive. parking service is a disaster. i do not recommend this place

The resort is divided in 2 sections. One for kids and one +18. The kids area is not small but it s straight next to the parking facing the check in point. The strange thing that people are allowed to swim in shorts and tops. Pool Guards are not very attentive. I only saw one covering all the kids area. But the good thing is that their food is good and for fair prices. Waiters re very friendly even hostesses at the entrance. The kids enjoyed the waterpark games.

I’m reviewing Bubbles which is the kids water park pool. The reception staff are welcoming and polite as well as the lifeguards and workers there. Didn’t eat there to evaluate the food service. The pool is nice place for kids to play and the deep pool which is adjacent to the play pool is too small as the place was crowded on Sunday. The kids water park is turned on at 1:00 till 4:00 approximately. If you continue walking towards the beach there are private chalet like for rent. Continuing walking more there is the adults pool with some nice music where the area is calmer than the water park pool(kids shouting free). There you will find some beds to rent overlooking the beach too

It is very suitable for children to have a nice time as there is an amusement park for entertainment, and even adults can spend a quiet and relaxing time. Don't forget the quality of the food and the staff serving the visitors

Nice place to take the kids for the waterpark. They open the water at 2pm and there is a adults only pool as well. Beach is clean and nice. Food is ok as well

- very bad service in terms of cleaning and hygiene. -Bed sheets are dirty (hair and smudges), outdoor table appears to never be cleaned. -No hot water since public visitors showers are shared with chalets showers which makes no sense since i payed money to shower in hot water. -No TV, no wifi ( it’s 2023 every chalet in lebanon has wifi).

Water pumps was turned off at 2 PM and pool water not filtered enough. All kids fountains are off suddenly and when we asked they simply said we are resting the pump. Food and drinks expensive, i asked for a cup of ice and he charge me for it, eventhough i bought more then 6 drinks. My kid had fun until he told me daddy no water.....

If you are looking for a perfect place for your kids then thats where you want to go. Big waterpark, very well maintained and equipped, safe, lifeguards very attentive, seating areas for parents is very close to the pool and convenient to monitor your kids, toilets are not far from the pool, service is very good, prices are great (12$ for adults, 8$ for kids) and best part is that the adults pool is very far from kids area so both are not bothered and they have their own space. Highly recommended

I had the worst experience they let anyone enter (boys group) and the quality of people was low class And we asked them on the phone about the price but unfortunately we payed more on the entrance. And lastly bad service

Amazing park for kids. Water activities. But they turn them on for specific time frames. I wish they are always on.

It is a good place for kids. Service is good, but no music The entrance fee is not expensive about $8 but the prices inside are almost double the prices of any other restaurant i.e. Almaza for 4.5$ and a bottle of wine is about $30, it ususally is between $15 and $17 anywhere else. Lots of people go in the pool with their clothes on. I wouldn’t recommend it

It was our first time at this captivating place. Very convenient for families and we look forward to coming again soon. Kids' place, swimming pool, and beach! Weekdays rates for adults for 12$ and kids under 8 years for 8$ Weekend and holidays rates for adults for 14$ and kids under 8 years for 8$

Would definitely recommend bringing ear plugs because there is abnormally loud music, despite multiple requests to turn down the volume a little bit. Nice pool, good staff tho. Beach access and comfortable seating.

I honestly liked the place and I'd give 5 🌟 if they wouldn't open and search for food in my bags. I know it's their job, but it isn't appropriate. I can't understand why is food not allowed into the beach. Spending the day with kids at the beach needs a lot of snacks and water. What they offer at the kiosks is not enough and the choices aren't healthy and the prices are quite expensive. On the other side, we had a great time at the pools, the kids pool is very nice and there are many slides, and the life guard was really taking care. There weren't many people at the kids so it was great. I just have to mention that it now called Bubbles.
