A very nice and relaxing pool resort with two big pool and with access to the beach. What I didn't like is the loud music that was played on Saturday that is ruining all the relaxing ambience.

The place is nice but the service and the way they treat people is garbage please give your staff more training on how to treat people. As soon as I got there I paid for a VIP for one of the staff ,later On one of the worker came to me very unprofessional questioning that I didn’t pay asking me who I paid for !!!! ( he figured it out later ) I also ordered argeeleh 10 minutes they came with the bill it’s like I am going to run away .I wanted to order lunch but I felt very uncomfortable and decided not to anymore . I would appreciate a response to this matter , by looking at previous negative feedback I concluded that you guys don’t respond back when the feedback is negative which means you don’t really care ! Thank you for your understanding

Very bad service at the front desk.....there was a lady called Fatima she treats everybody as guilty until you proof you are innocent. she was yelling at everyone even us..... she was scanning the codes in an improper way and counted our ten tickets only seven.... we wasted more than an hour outside until they found out that she was wrong and we actually bought ten tickets...she should not be at the front desk. inside I would like to compliment Tina from the cafeteria, and thank her for her warm and understanding welcome....she noticed we were upset of what happened and offered us coffee and made our day like a Janna day...thank you Tina.... I am not going again to this place....

Jana is amazing place, you feel it is not in lebanon at all. The atmosphere, the decoration, it is kind of tropical chineese style. But the food is pricy, and so is the entrance compared to other pools. And you can not enter without a girl. I love the place one of my favourites.

The 2 front desk girls and one of the waiters were rude, unprofessional and need customer service courses and training. Beautiful resort-like this will do much better with qualified staff. The minibar was empty, the kettle is not present, we can't do our own coffee, they do whatever it takes to get your money. Our bags were inspected because we are not allowed to bring food or beverages. Beach towels were not available before check-in until the manager interfered. The bungalow was not ready on time and was not clean when we get in, and our private pool was very dirty. Dinner was not up to the expectations from a 5* resort, and the prices are too expensive and far below the standards. Breakfast was awful, it's not a buffet, and you cannot choose what you desire, it's just an ordinary Lebanese breakfast, and zaatar was not tasty, we were 3 adults and 2 kids, we paid for an extra bed that included additional breakfast portion, and we got only one and I had to call back the manager to adjust the quantity. We will definitely never come back.

It's a nice place. Not what you expect after seeing the advertisements. One pool for families. The other part of the pool is vip only. It's a nice pool but you get bored soon. The beach is not that nice. The decore is beautiful but not much to do. Not very entertaining for kids. Came at 10am left at 12:30. The food isn't really good. A bit expensive too.

It was a good experience.the place is calm and clean. The stuff is so friendly and the service is so fast. The bad experience I faced, each time I go out and come back, I used to pay 5000 or 7000 for parking and I parked where they want(very far away from the entrance where there was no lights) plus, you are not allowed to bring food to your chalet!

We bought the offer from Gosawa for the bungalow stay, and I reserved it 3 days before going, but unfortunately one of my friends got very sick and we weren't able to make it, so I called early in morning on the day of our reservation to cancel and try to postpone our stay, but the receptionist there said that it is not possible to cancel any reservation before less than 7 days, I told her we can't make it and we paid a good amount of money for it (250$) and we can't just let it go. She refused to cancel the reservation for me and she didn't even give me the number of someone to talk to saying that no one is there. So we were obliged to go. Our stay was very disappointing, not mentioning the dinner which was very very poor and the bungalow which wasn't clean as it should be. Overall our experience was disappointing and the customer service there is very bad.
