A very nice and cozy guesthouse...very clean and the owners are very friendly... Rooms are nice, spacious and clean... The breakfast is a traditional lebanese one with some home made olives, jam and bread. The place is very close to the village place. And not far away from important places like beiteddine and the barouk cedars reserve. Recommended

Very Comfortable place with a high finishing and great hospitality. Its antique design reflects centuries of the lebanese history with a modern twist and hygienic housekeeping. Josephine is a master chef when it comes to lebanese breakfasts. The thick stone walls will guarantee the moderate temperatures, however, the room was equipped with AC unit. Its unique location in the heart of Deir Al Qamar will spare you the car use to reach to a lebanese restaurant, few churches, a mosque and a synagogue, a wax museum and 2 castles. PS it is never a place to visit once!

A very nice old and newly renovated house. From its spectacular entrance to the end of its outdoor terrace, the visitor will find special and nice things. Its location is great, 5 min walk from the historical center of Deir El Qamar. The rooms are spacious with a touch of specific interior design. The hospitality is excellent, we asked for many additional amenities and receive them in no-time with some additional smiles. To top this experience, our room had a nice terrace overlooking the hills of Deir and its old buildings.

Any visit to Deir al Qamar remains incomplete without few nights spent at Shebbak Habib. The guesthouse is undoubtedly one of the landmarks of the Emirs capital, that need to be on your to-do list along with the museums and the castles nearby. Strategically located at the center of the town, its intriguing triangular architecture leaves you profoundly unsettled, staring at the beautifully tinted windows and the centuries-old stones, looking for clues to an unknown mystery. Shebbak Habib easily makes it to the top five guesthouses in Mount Lebanon. A great attention to every detail, from the main doors, the tiles, the antique “mobilia", and the fantastic terrace overlooking Deir al Qamar main square; Our stay was specifically made perfect by the presence of Josephine, who made sure we had everything we need to be comfortable, served us a delicious local breakfast, and told us loads of exciting stories about the region’s history, worth reading thousand books. Needless to say that the Shouf Area deserves at least 3 days to get the real taste of it. So plan them wisely!

We had a great stay. Lovely guesthouse with a homey feel. Josephine was extremely helpful. Super clean, beautifuly renovated old house in the middle of deir el qamar souk. Will definately visit again.

Great place. Great family guesthouse... The food is delicious. Only issue is there is no AC. But to be fair, it was exceptionally hot when we stayed there due to summer heat wave in lebanon.

Our stay was so comfortable and the breakfast was just great. The communication with the hosts was perfect as well, I loved also sitting outside on the terrace watching the moon going up. I recommend this place to everyone!
