Great location with great view. Rooms are spacious and clean but the showers are impossible to use without flooding the floor. The swimming pool is spacious but the edges are quite dirty. The restaurant was not opened during our stay in July and the bar offered a buffet which was overpriced for Toscana (15€ per person for small cold pizzas pieces). The breakfast was a shame for the Italian cuisine (no fresh juice, no fresh eggs, disgusting ham & cheese). Overall the hotel has a great potential to be a wonderful place to stay, but nothing is done to make it great.

We are very pleased after visiting this hotel for 4 nights. Special thanks to the receptionist who was extremely helpful and super friendly. His name is Danieli (if I write it correctly) if you meet him you will feel like home. Other staff was also very friendly. We where in room 302. Thats perfect room with balcony and beautiful sight. All in all, we are very happy that we chose this hotel.

Our favourite place for dinner throughout our entire trip. The service is exceptional and the food was delicious. We particularly loved the fillet steak - incredible flavour!

The view from the breakfast/restaurant balcony area is breathtaking. Unfortunately due to not have much staff yet, the restaurant was closed for the evening. But, the wine bar and breakfast area was open daily. Every morning when I went to breakfast I was greeted by a very polite and accommodating gentleman who was eager to make any coffee made to order. After our day outdoors exploring we would end our day at the Wine Bar. A very friendly women who was very knowledgeable about wines and any other questions we might of had was wonderful. The Breakfast and Wine Bar are worth it when you’re greeted with a smile and happy staff. When walking by Reception they always took the time to look up, smile, and greet you as well. Thank you to the Staff for making my stay very memorable. I would definitely come back again for a longer stay next time.

Amazing place near Radda restaurants and wineries. Joy (forgot her real spelling) was an amazing front desk person and wine bar server. She ensured we got everything we needed and went above and beyond! Will stay again for sure! The only downside compared to North American hotels: humidity here destroys things so pain and few things in bathrooms could be repainted more often. Also, wifi works well near reception area but on third floor signal is strong but no internet. Front desk person it’s a known issue so they could fix whatever wifi extender/repeater they have.

Very nice place to stay in chianti , excellent front desk service Marabella you are the best ! The original terrace room was not shiny clean but a changed room was excellent.

Second time visiting this beautiful hotel resort. Rooms very nice, breakfast buffet carefully organised and really appreciated the pancake maker at disposal and the male syrup. The SPA small but functional and staff very nice. Swimming pool area relaxing and well kept. Reception staff amazing, friendly and efficient. Stefano and other staff in the F&B dept. very professional. Restaurant excellent food wine and nice cozy atmosphere. I will be visiting again soon

This hotel is not what is once was. Our stay was marred by musty rooms, poor service, rooms that need renovation attention (we had a group here). This hotel is in the countryside, a mile or more from the nearest anything - yet, after checking in, we were informed that due to short staffing the restaurant was full and we would have no dinner and that we'd have to find alternative arrangements - not so easy when you come by bus, not private car.

The house is located a little outside the beautiful village of Radda, it is quiet at night, and there is a pool in the garden where you can really swim, so far so good! My room was big enough, functional, not modern, but okay! The absolute disaster was the bathroom, the shower full of mould stains, the floor broken, full of cracks and real care looks very different! It's more of a bus and group hotel, not what I need again!

During my stay I actually felt as if I was inconveniencing the staff members by asking questions. When we first arrived they did mention that they were understaffed and that is the reason why they don’t have dinner during this time. Pool was okay. You will need to pay 5 euro for a swim cap that is mandatory. For the hot tub + sauna area 10 euro not including the swim cap. Shower will definitely soak the floor so you will need to reduce the pressure in order to keep the water in the shower area. The rooms are very loud. Maybe it is just the guests that had a group staying that were opening and closing throughout the night. The sound proofing in the rooms isn’t ideal. The building looks nice and definitely has potential. I wish I could say more positive things about this stay but I’m a little surprised it’s a 4 star hotel.

Stayed in October 2023 as part of a group tour. I was upgraded to a junior suite - one room with a bed, the other room a daybed, joined by an outdated bathroom with shower full of mold - not at all like the website pictures. Air conditioning was turned off for the season so room was hot at night. Restaurant closed except for group meals and breakfast. 1.8 km walk along a roadway to anything - basically stuck there if with a group. Disappointed beyond words that group travel agent chose this hotel. Staff was amazing and overworked.

very good price value. Not the most modern 4*, but for the price, it exceeded our expectations.
