I can’t imagine a better place to stay in Siena! Alberto is the perfect host. The rooms are cozy and clean and quiet (if you’re lucky enough to get one with a balcony, you can watch all the action walk by on the main street below). The bed is firm and comfy. Shower ... divine. A charming breakfast room that is available all day with snacks and drinks gratis and a bountiful breakfast that can include one of the best omelettes you’ve ever had. And then there’s THE LOCATION! Literally 30 seconds from the Campo. Can’t recommend this place highly enough! We will return for sure.

Very nice place. Cozy. Centrally located. Max. ~15 minute walk to anywhere. The manager, Alberto, sat with us when we arrived and took the time explain the city and give us pointers on nice restaurants. I will recommend this place to my friends.

This place was amazing. Alberto is really nice and showed us some wonderful tips to get to know Siena. The place is located just at the center of the city but is really well isolated so we didnt heard any noise from our room. Great homemade breakfast and super clean room. I really recommend this place if you want to have the best experience in Siena.

Pietro was the nicest guy to acommodate us. If we knew Siena and Il Corso was this nice we would’ve stayed for a couple nights more!

Without a doubt, this bed and breakfast exceeded every expectation. Starting with the very attentive and hospitable host Alberto, he demonstrates great capacity to ensure guests are comfortable and taken care of. Most certainly, the hospitality industry is his calling. Our room was impeccably clean, cozy and had every possible amenity you can think of, something I haven't exactly seen in other hotels/bnbs in Europe. Breakfast was plentiful and divine, with a warm hostess ready to serve you a caffè or cappuccino. If I could give this wonderful establishment 10 out of 5 stars I would.

An excellent experience. Hosts even before the great location. The internal design is warm and welcoming with rustic thick wooden beams in the ceiling. Breakfast is nice.

Alberto was fantastic. So helpful assisting us with any questions and requests. Love the location to the center of town and the bus stop. Great value, very clean and nice breakfast.

Jr. Suite was nice, comfortably big and clean. Wifi does not reach to the bed which is inconvenient if you want to stream something on the TV but other than that everything was fine. Pietro was very friendly and helpful with some very good recommendations. But I would definitely NOT recommend to book the breakfast option with the room. You get two vouchers for the bakery next door, where we had the worst breakfast experience my girlfriend and I ever had: the staff there is very rude, the ordering system is a complete mess as you have to order and pay directly at one corner (in Italian of course, without knowing the names of any of the pastry) then go to the next corner with your ticket to pick it up (but they don't read your ticket, you have to repeat everything anyway) and if you want to add something, bad luck, back to corner one. The voucher is for one sweet pastry or a sandwich (I think, as nobody could really tell me) and a coffee, but as you don't comply to the "minimum price" you are NOT EVEN ALLOWED TO SIT! So we had to stand in the middle of an overcrowded bakery, eat one donut and drink our mediocre coffee which we had to wait 20 minutes for. If I was the manager here, I'd look for another place to cooperate with, as it really bummed our final experience there. So my recommendation: book your room here as it's very nice, the staff is very friendly and it's very close to the center BUT don't book the breakfast option and better go somewhere else for that.

A wonderful hotel, an excellent location in the middle of the market, and the staff are helpful and cheerful to the highest degree. I highly recommend it
