    I have been a patient at this clinic for seven years. I have had many different doctors while being their patient.keiko Beck is there current practitioner and the first time in a long time that I left a doctors appointment feeling actually cared for and with hope and optimism for the future I definitely recommend her. I was in their new office today in Mesa. Very nice spacious. Jessily the medical assistant has taken care of me since I first started going there and does a wonderful job

    Called Sun Life to make appt for Covid 19 symptoms. The lady on the phone took my insurance info and other info, then put me on hold while she tried to make an appt for me at the location on East Southern Ave. She then came back on the phone to tell me she could not get ahold of anyone at that location due to them being on lunch break. I waited for her to offer to call me back but she never offered. I then asked her if she could call me back to let me know if I had an appointment. She seemed reluctant but said she would call me back. Never did hear back from her. So I googled Banner Health Clinic at Higley and Southern and made my own online appt for 9:15 the next morning. Went there today everything went well. Doctor checked my chest for breathing, my nose and throat. Wrote me a couple prescriptions for congestion and coughing. Also got a Covid test, will get results tomorrow.

    I hate this place. I waited on hold for 25 minutes. While on hold I drove to the office to find it empty. Why was I placed on hold? No reason except the office staff is incompetent. Next, I was asked to wear a mask. I happily put one on and then asked the staff, why are you not wearing a mask. She said, I'm behind glass, and I said, so am I. I reminded her of what a hypocrite was. Next, I asked why I had not received my blood work, its been 2 months or more. She had no response except to say, the nurse would contact me within 72 hours... Great. I can wait another week. If you care about your heath, this is not the place for you. Lastly, my dad came in complaining about stomach pain. They recommended some antacids....turns out he has cancer. Guess they missed that one. He is currently at Hospice in Gilbert. We never got the results of his blood work either. Would have been nice to know before it was too late. Again, if you care about your health, this place is not your best bet.

    This place is an absolute joke. If you need birth-control immediately because yours is expired like mine. I would highly suggest going somewhere else.. I have waited since January to get my implant changed out that was expired in December 2022!!!! I have got nothing but the runaround. Customer service is impossible to get through because of long wait times.! 0 and I should also mention that they do not call you and keep you informed of what’s going on! This place is seriously the worst care that I have received. They have been nothing but a headache. The end result: I have waited for months for birth control that I had never got and said, forget it, that I will go somewhere else that has professional the understanding of the urgency! I do understand that sometimes insurance takes a while to approve it. However, this was not the case! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ! What a waste of four months!!!!! Absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous! And no, I’m not some Karen. I’m a person who cares about other women unlike these people! Bunch of incompetent people!!

    Received a collections call from a very rude person. I told her she had bad information and I would find my emails from over a year ago, where this was in error by Sun Life and send them to her. She had a very bad attitude and didn't want to listen at all. She told me I was rude and to just pay my bill then hung up on me. I called Sun Life billing and spoke with Angela. Angela listened and took action. Angela was very professional and kind. This issue was resolved in a day thanks to Angela. Angela applied the credit that was sitting on my account,from over a year, and contacted the collection company to let them know this has been resolved. She handled it all and with such care and professionally.

    I would give zero stars if I could. Avoid this scam at all costs!! I only went here because of the sliding scale fee which unfortunately I did not qualify for. I then received a bill in the mail for over $250!!! This doctor didn’t even do anything but look at me with his eyes and tell me that he didn’t know enough about my problem to be able to help me and that he would have to refer me elsewhere. $250+ for absolutely no care at all whatsoever. This man didn’t even take my blood pressure, literally did absolutely nothing and now I owe an arm and a leg for his inability to effectively provide me the adequate care necessary for my specific problem. I’ve never in my entire life received a bill of this size for a simple office visit. This place is an absolute scam and the ”doctors” working here don’t seem to know anything about the human body or perhaps they don’t care enough to provide you with any kind of care or answer, etc. If I were at any other business, if the expert that I went to for a problem wasn’t educated enough to help me with my problem then surely I wouldn’t pay them, and I certainly wouldn’t pay them full price. At this establishment you’re forced to pay the price of seeing a specialist doctor, an expert in their field, but what you’re getting is people that don’t know how to help you in the slightest. Avoid this place at all costs!!! It is extremely expensive and predatory!!

    This is the worst place to go if you want to find out whats wrong with you. Tell me oh im going to order blood work to be done. Dr Thompson never sent it in. Also wanted to state that my husband help was due to it being in my husbands head. Its not in his head when i can see what happens when the issue comes up. Turning paste pale white its in his head. I would find somewhere else to go.

    This was my first visit at this location. It was quiet and very clean. Every member of the staff I had contact with was kind, helpful and professional, including the Pharmacy staff. I was very pleased with the treatment I received.

    My experience was very nice! Everyone was very friendly and made you feel welcomed. The Np was very nice and very knowledgeable as to why I am having so much pain in my right foot.

    The wearing of the Face Mask still? Why? It’s September 28th, 2022!!! Even the President on National News said pandemic is over. So stupid with face mask policy at Sun Life Family Medical center in Apache Junction. Great place but get rid of the mask mandate. No one does it anymore. Geez!

    I love this place! They always try to fit me in even when busy. Always helpful, polite and most importantly they listen to my concerns or questions. I highly recommend Sun Life !

    Completely incompetent CNP, failure to report test results to patient, then blames her workload for not catching it and then pushes blame back to patient, denigrates cardiologist for being concerned about those results, and finally did not want to treat condition. I found a new doctor, use at your own risk!

    Sun Life is awesome. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by the friendly, courteous staff. Wait time is quick. The MA's Jessily and Gina both can make you smile even when you aren't feeling well. The providers Keiko Beck and Marie both are efficient, friendly and courteous as well. I came in with a problem and the providers explained to me the what, why and how to solve the problem. I definitely recommend Sun Life Health.
