Edited to add that when I filled out the form as requested, I was offered the equivalent of 5 wings to make it right. This seems to be an ongoing issue per reviews so thanks but no thanks since I'd rather not wait again. Review: Been twice and left twice after ridiculous wait. Tried again today. We were told 5-20 min and left after asking at 35 min if we had any hope of being seated. They had no idea when we could be seated but were still telling guests 5-20 min when no one had been seated within that time frame. They were taking carry out and bar guests like crazy while table guests waited in the lobby. Tables were empty and one, maybe two, servers were waiting tables.

Very poor service. Waited at least 20 minutes, before I asked if my order was ready….The young lady rudely stated I just clocked in off my break and I not working take out! And don’t “brother me!” Waited another 10 minutes before I stopped the take out person to inquire. Rudely she stated we are packing it now. I replied, thank you that is nice to know and asked to speak to the manager…. She was was rude and not apologetic. I walked out. Vowed to never step foot in a establishment like that AGAIN!

Absolutely horrible. Went at 11:35amon Sunday Mother's Day 35 minutes after opening. Went inside and was told there's a 10 minute wait to be seated. There were 2 people at the bar and 2 other tables occupied in the entire place. Then after wait 1 minutes another group of 3 walked in and were greeted and seated immediately. We left right after that. I will be contacting corporate about this since it was also my wife's birthday lunch. They have completely disappointed my family on this special occasion.

Dining experience: Food was good, but server messed up my order. I ask for sauce on the side instead on on the chicken and I didn’t get that. She also did not check on us and took a long time to refill our drinks. Keeping it at 4 stars because bar service was excellent and so was togo. Only recommendation for Togo is give three sauce for 20 wings instead of 2.

This place is pretty hit or miss. The food is usually what you'd expect from a BWW, but they always seem to be out of something. Usually the temporary specials. The staff has been both good and bad in my visits with the tables I've been seated at about half the time still being dirty. The restaurant itself is not great though. It's dim and worn out. A bunch of the booths have huge tears in the seats and the carpet is well worn. The place could use a bit of TLC.

I hate to leave a negative review, but your kitchen was not able to handle a large group of 12. By trying to bring our food all out at once, a lot of it sat under heat lamps for a very long time and dried out. Service was great and friendly, but with a large group, you really just need to explain that the food will come out when it's ready so that it's fresh. We would have rather had it come out piece meal. Fried foods demand to be served promptly, and you failed at this. I will be back, because when the wings are done right, they are great, but I won't be back in a large group.

Usually I enjoy my time at BWW but this last time we sat at the table for one hour waiting for someone to come to the table even asking twice for service. Come to find out later that that person was walking by the whole time looking at our table. When we finally got our food it was Luke warm and we continued to have non-service. First time in my life I ever gave a zero tip usually I can find some reason to give some type of tip but not this night.

Got there around 6:30, was told it would be about 20 minutes before we could be seated. There were 10 other patrons in the restaurant. The reason we couldn't be seated was due to the kitchen running behind. Makes no sense, rather than seat people and serve them drinks, they let customers walk out due to the wait. (Again, there were tons of open seating. ) after 25 minutes, we asked if we could be seated, and the hostess seemed surprised we were still there. The waitresses seemed confused as to who was taking care of what table, which made service even slower. Horrible service, from the moment we stepped in. We would have left, but we were unfamiliar with the area as we were in from out of town.

Cooks did a phenomenal job with the food. But this place is poorly managed. I am huge fan on Buffalo Wild wings. Being seated and waiting 30 minutes to be told that we should order off the QR code. Many people that were seated after us were helped and attended. If you can’t manage the people you’re seating you probably shouldn’t be seating everyone. I know it’s not the waiters fault but the management really needs to step it up. Waiters were still amazing

To be honest, the restaurant is good the staff are very respectful and food was fine Souse was good and delicious

2 adults and 2 children and it was over $70. How does that happen? Adults each got a burger that comes with fries.The kids each got a 6 piece wings with fries, and we all had tea. The bill was a shock, pretty sure I was ripped off. Plus, we had 2 go hunt someone down for refills, the waitress was constantly absent. Miserable experience! Don't go here.

"To dine in or to take out?" I love Buffalo Wild Wings and will continue to dine with them. However, this location certainly could use some improvements. A lot can change over the years, both for good and for the worst, and this Bdubs certainly hits the mark on that statement. When I was here 4 years ago, this Bdubs was the place to be almost everything weekend, whether it was to spend time with friends/coworkers or to just enjoy a nice meal. After returning to Sierra Vista after those 4 years, this establishment has certainly taken a step down from the pedestal it once stood on. The biggest change coming from the environment. I find myself wanting to order takeout rather than dining in. Most of the employees (unintentionally) give off a "I don't care" and show a lack of care for not only the customers but also the restaurant itself. The best way to describe this feeling, once you walk through their doors, is unwelcoming. This wasn't my first time dining at this establishment over the past year, but this was a good time to conclude my visits and publish my review for BWW. The overall quality of the food (at this establishment) has seen a noticeable change as well (in my professional opinion). There are times when the wings are extremely dry or extremely soggy, with it being rare to find that sweet goldilocks zone. I've haven't had too many issues with the staff (servers), but I have had to flag down other waiters/waitresses for refills or if there was something else I needed. All in all, I love Buffalo Wild Wings and is a great place to come and get a good order of wings. Do I plan on continuing to dine and support Bdubs? *Yes, but maybe not this one.* If I find myself wanting Buffalo Wild Wings, while in Sierra Vista, I'll most likely turn to placing a takeout order or dining elsewhere.

All the B-Dubs I have been to have all been great.... Until now. Long story short: Long wait time for seat even though restaurant is only 1/4 full. Long wait time for food, that comes out cold and orders come out 20 minutes apart. Servers who are almost non-existent.

Took 45 minutes for a water when the dining room was mostly empty. An hour and 15 for food. 2 in my group didn't even get their food at all. Then when we asked for a manager bc our server was getting a bad attitude and rolling his eyes at us, we were told she was simply too busy to come see us. The bartender was fantastic though and he took better care of us than our server did

We got treated so poorly we walked in asked to be seated outside to just get some drinks the lady looked like we were bothering them the place was completely empty. The girl said we couldn’t get food and she was going to see if anyone wanted to help us. This place needs new employees that want to actually work this is so ridiculous

Ask for Kelsey, he is the bomb dot com, great atmosphere, i prefer the black & blue burger myself. 🍔 Always a good time. Definitely want to plan a head if there are major sporting events happening that day.

My kids and I would frequent this place monthly. I'd spend at least $120 per visit. Until the last visit. I ordered a beer, which never came to our table. Knowing our server had his hands full because management clearly can't staff the place, I went up to the bar to ask for my drink. I don't know the guys name, but he's a black guy with white hair. I told him I ordered a beer and haven't recieved it yet. He replied "All my tickets are done, it's your servers problem" and literally turned his back and walked away. Won't be spending my money there again.

Edited review: you offering me an order of wings to forgot the ridiculous way i my self and friends were treated isnt going to help. I called corporate to file a complaint. You can keep your wings im good off of your horrible establishment... hopefully they look at the cameras and see how poorly we were treated for no reason. Also its very shady you guys were only charging cash for that boxing fight. We walked in and were told nothing after we sat down and ordered our food we were told that we needed to pay ten dollars cash or else we could be escorted out by the police... what the actual heck! How were we suppose to go find an ATM after we had already ordered our food and started drinking. Absolutely ridiculous!! Such lack of communication and professionalism..... good riddance.... ......... The worst absolute worst customer service I have ever gotten by the general manager himself. Who was having a bad day and decided to let it out on all of us. He said if we didn't like how he approached our table yelling that we could leave or else he would call the police to escort us out.... While I was sitting there in complete shock by being talked to like that.. a complete disaster I will never ever be coming back.

Eaten at this location several times. Staff is very friendly and food is always great. Always find myself leaving a bigger tip than I expected. Have sat in and done takeout and both are always fresh and great!

So I ordered 10 traditional wings(mango habanero) however I received them with no mango habanero sauce, just plain wings

Ignored at the hostess stand for a few minutes, even though four people walked past me. Eventually got seated at the bar. Bartender was good. Food was good. Had loaded pretzel knots or something, and 10 wings. They were closing at 10pm, which didn’t matter to me, but seemed odd that last call was at 8:30. Again, didn’t matter to me, just thought it was odd.

I would have to say the only problem with this place is getting a seat. Environment is great most of the staff is great but the seating can be outrageous sometimes. The restaurant could be half full and you can't get a seat because they don't have the servers. Everything else is great about it though, these chips were amazing, I would add more jalapenos!
