Went there at 6:45pm and they were locked up and closed. They were supposed to close at 7pm. Another customer had walked up as well at the same time as me and was very puzzled why they were closed. Other mall stores were still open. We both left.

This JOANN is in an indoor mall which was a little hard to locate, but once inside I was glad we were persistent. Very clean and nice customer service. I could stay in there for hours!

Missing a lot of fabric stock compared to other locations. Doesn't carry 3d printer filament. Good place, never a long wait for fabric cutting/measuring.

The friendliest, well stock Joanns I have ever visited. Every staff member is super helpful and engaging. This is my happy place for sure

JOANN FABRICS SV. If I could have given a “ZERO” rating it would have happened! Greedy capitalists don’t even follow their own written return policy!!!!! Bought a $400 Cricut machine from them with a credit card. Brought it back unopened with the receipt! Their written return policy says the refund will be given by method of payment. Guess what? They won’t/can’t do that. Only store credit or mailing a check? DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM JOANN FABRICS. With the other options out there I will never buy from this place ever again. And now I am supposed to believe they will mail me a check? Really? You don’t even follow your own return policy! Why are you going to mail me a check? Make another choice for crafting supplies.

Most employees are more than helpful, and go out of their way.

Prices were really high compared to other local stores and employees were really short when answering my questions. But unlike the other stores, they do have a huge varity of fabrics so i am willing to pay the extra to shop there. I just wish the guest service was as good as their varity of sewing materials.

What??? I have never been there!! Okay, I was looking for stained glass material, they did not have it but plenty of regular craft supplies.

They are good for sewing supplies galore. They have yarn and some kids crafts. If looking for a diverse craft just save yourself some time and go to the hobby lobby.

Its pretty decent size hobby and fabric store for the city. I go to it often for yarn and fabric, I like the yarn and fabric here better than Hobby Lobby. Its one of the few reason I even step into the mall. A bonus is the military discount, which I truly appreciate.

Such a great craft store lots of items you didn't know you needed or wanted here great staff and good prices.

Store is clean and well staffed. The cashier was so great, she offered to look for coupons for me (and found some! ). I love when people go above and beyond.

The store always clean and uncluttered. I cannot say enough nice things about the staff. They are positive, polite and professional. They are knowledgeable and encouraging, too. They never make me feel like an inconvenience when i ask questions. I am grateful for such a great group!
