Val and Dominic have been a pleasure to work with! They are both extremely attentive to details and always go above and beyond. The building itself is well kept, beautiful, and in a great location between Mercado San Agustin and The Annex.

Fantastic location in a very active and unique area close to everything! The building is absolutely beautiful and very well kept with the work of Val and Dominic. Val was beyond helpful with information when it came to finding the perfect unit. Before access to the building was allowed, she took the time to video chat with a unit walk through prior to signing the lease which was hugely helpful. Val is always very courteous and fast to respond whenever I have had a question. Dominic is always scene on the move working hard to keep the building tidy and working smoothly. The Monier has been a great place to call home.

Monier is the perfect residential location for me as I work at CAT on Cushing and it is a 5minute walk from my apartment to my work. I really like the way my studio apartment is designed in terms of lighting and appliance placements. The way the Juliet balcony is setup is a very nice touch. Val is the best property manager I have ever had! She has gone the extra mile to listen to me and answer all my questions and make my move-in process as simple as possible! She has a great personality!

Best place to rent in Tucson! The location is excellent, especially for students, the streetcar stop is right in front of the building. The security of the building is top level and the parking garage is gated as well. Been here for 6 months and will definitely miss this place. Definitely recommend this place to rent!👍🏼

This is the premier place to rent in Tucson, the leasing agent Val is incredible and exceed every expectation. My apartment is a dream and I cannot imagine a better place to live!

I lived in the Monier Apartments for about 7 months. From November 2022 to June of 2023. I had to move out of state for work, but I had a wonderful experience while living there. You could not ask for a better location. The streetcar stop is right across the street and a short ride (less than 10 mins) to downtown and 4th Avenue. You also have the added convenience of the San Agustin Market and the MSA Annex being right next door as well. Which have great restaurants, places to get drinks, and wonderful little boutique shops! Not to mention amazing views of the downtown skyline and "A" Mountain. Val, the Apartment Manager, is an amazing person who is there any time you need her. She helped me make my move super easy and I can't thank her enough for working with me when I had to move out on such short notice. If you're looking for an apartment in Tucson, Monier is definitely worth checking out!

My husband and I just moved into this adorable apartment complex and can't say enough good things about Val (the apartment manger) and the apartment themselves. Val was so kind and responsive and even worked hard to get us into our apartment early which really helped us out. The apartment itself is so modern and nice, we're very happy to live here.

The building and apartments are beautiful! Everything is brand new with stainless steel appliances, and really nice washer and dryers. I toured so many apartments in Tucson and Monier was hands down the best. I love the location, and the gym with rooftop access! A huge reason why I love Monier is because of Val who is the apartments management. I have a very unique medical condition and this is my first apartment since becoming ill. Val was genuinely understanding, and that was extremely comforting to me. The property management only wants the best for you, and are very responsive if I need anything. I’ve been here for a couple of months and I’m so happy I chose to live at Monier!
