The quality of the ingredients are not top tier by any means but if you're seeking a low cost and filling menu to satisfy your hunger, this is an ideal spot. Open late and they always provide speedy and accurate filled orders. The employees inside were very nice as well during my visit. Thank you

Excellent customer service and fast accurate order fulfillment. Lijakia was excellent and made us feel very welcome. Management should recognize her as a great representative of Taco Bell.

Horrible! Messed up part of my order then when went back the manager didn't care it was messed up then left the store while it was open and no other managers were there. Which its illegal to not have a servsafe certified person on site. Wasted sixty dollars. All of the first round is cold and they even messed up the replacement. Which the replacement was a substitution because they ran out of chalupas but made an item with a gordita which is literally the same thing but not fried. Just horrible. Never going back and currently demanding a refund. Sad excuse for a taco bell. Eat the food at your own peril!

The current staff is great!Im not usually a taco bell customer but my 7 year old son loves their tacos so we ride our bikes there( for a treat) and I can't say I've meet a nicer staff at ANY fast food franchise. They are just great!!

Drive thru employees always sound upset but it’s your best bet at getting all the items and food you ordered. DO NOT Doordash or Uber Eats from this location because you’ll get half of your order every single time. Don’t make the mistake I do by hoping everything you paid for shows up, it just won’t.

Taco bell in plant city off of James L Redman likes to serve soggy crunchy tacos, not provide enough sauce packets for your tacos, and forgets to put all items ordered in the bag. Its so very frustrating. I now drive an additional 15 minutes out of the way to get better dry crunchy tacos but very soggy soft tacos and still not enough fire sauce. If anyone finds a TB that is better please drop the location

It's Taco Bell! It's delicious! 5 stars for the food. Took off stars for the safety or lack thereof. They do forget things sometimes, however, not a big deal, for me at least. The trash (humans and garbage) around the outside needs to be taken care of though. My last trip there, I saw a little paraphernalia in the parking lot.

Worst place ever! Lazy employees. Who apparently can’t read an order. This is the third time that they forgot two plus items. Lazy employees who have no care in the world for work ethic. They work for an easy paycheck and probably live a miserable life.

Walked inside to eat and the woman rudely told us we would have to order from the electronic kiosk and then turned her back on us! I don't normally order from the kiosks I demand to get service at the counter. I didn't have the choice here and so I did it but I won't do it again so Taco Bell will probably be the last place I ever go in the future for fast food!

Order from Uber eats they can’t be bothered to give you any sauces in your order or complete your full order. How hard is it to put some packets of hot sauce in a box? Apparently impossible for this team, absolutely unacceptable.

They forgot my food so I had to go back and wait in a long line but they were nice about it and made it right. It's tough working 2nd shift. No one is open at midnight and options are limited.

It irritates me to pay $2.40 for a small soda. Next time I go around the corner and get my soda from McDonald's. The chicken burrito supreme was good. The chicken soft taco was as minimal as you can get. Actually next time I'll just go to McDonald's.

Out of all the taco bells I've eaten at this one definitely takes the cake for being the cleanliest and having the freshest tasting food. The staff was also super laid back and nice.

Stop by to pick up an iced tea. A little challenging to get there off the main road. I waited for my drink for a couple minutes. They have very good tacos.

This is the worst taco bell in the country. Everything about it is terrible. Service, the food, the restaurant itself is just awful. The culture is not taco bell culture. It's really tough to mess up a taco and refried beans,my tacos had very little meat. Mainly juice. The refried beans were scorched.

I visit generally once a month to sometimes two times a week depending on work. Generally I have a good experience, the only thing that's a little upsetting is that the last several times that haven't had a the cinnamon delights. The food is what you expect and I haven't ever had to worry about not having what I ordered.

Unfortunately the service was not very good but not the fault of the staff. They are lacking in wait staff. The two people taking care of the restaurant were doing their very best.

Every single time we come in here, Amber has a SEVERELY poor attitude. Tonight, I asked another woman for something I always get, and before she even got the chance to nicely explain they couldn't make it for me, Amber took over the speaker and YELLED at me, saying they don't have it and catching a major attitude, acting like IM an idiot for not understanding their tortilla protocol. Every single time we come, it's like she's trying her hardest to make the drive thru hell for everybody in it, and she needs to be taken down a notch because I will not continue to be yelled at for simply wanting food. She consistently gets our order wrong, and then will insist that you never said those items. I've also heard her yelling and cursing at other employees in the kitchen with the window open. It seems like she's been talked about this before, but I don't think she's getting the memo. If not for that other nice lady with the lashes being there, this would be a 0 star visit. I've taken it from Amber many times before but you work at a TACO BELL. It's not that serious.

Last 3 visits we've ordered beef supreme burritos or beef supreme chalups... Very small amount of beef. So next time we ordered and paid the 50 cents extra for extra beef. Very pathetic! Still hardly any meat. I wouldn't recommend THIS Taco Bell to anyone.

We’ve been to this Taco Bell before and haven’t had issues like this, but this time when we went, the employees were very rude. And when we got home, our receipt was not given to us, they didn’t put on of our burritos that we paid for in the bag, and the chicken quesadilla we got wasn’t even cooked… the cheese wasn’t melted or even warm. We spent almost 20$ and I understand it’s fast food but this wasn’t even the bare minimum.

I live within walking distance and it’s Honestly a decent Taco Bell experience. Food is always good and correct. But sadly their prices are so inflated I drive to the other Taco Bells and my order is about 6-7$ cheaper. The prices here are absurdly marked up for a Taco Bell. Don’t give these greedy owners your business, go elsewhere

Showed up way late and apparently everyone else had the same idea. I guess when you are one of the few open places after 10pm you tend to get busy. They did great though Saturday night, excellent customer service, great times, and food and order was right on point.

I live in bradenton and have a taco bell 5 minutes from me and when I order thru door dash it says it's to far to deliver from the sarasota location, REALLY

Nice restaurant but I was given my drink and it had brown stuff floating in it and the shells seemed old because they was hard they did give me a different drink though

Taco bell is taco bell.there good but they are fast food to. Not the right nutrition someone needs but there good for when your on the run and want something quick easy and tastes decent.

I just left at 10:14 PM On July 30, 2022. The woman at the window was extremely friendly and easy to work with. She definitely deserves a raise if u ask me. Also my order was very specific with a lot of substitutions and they made it perfectly. I will definitely be coming back to eat here and recommending other business for this place.

It was better than the last Taco Bell experience. Service was immediate and much friendlier. This Taco Bell was located on US 41 and much better than the on Bee Ridge Road.

I went around 12:00am and there were only 2-3 workers so it took forever to get the food, but other than that, the food was great and the correct order

I just pulled out of the drive through and wanted to add this review now! The young lady at the drive thru took me order perfectly. She was so sweet!…. And I guess it was my lucky day bc she said my drink was on the house!! She deserves a raise, we need more like her😊

We used the drive thru around lunch time on a Thursday. The line moved quickly and our food was also equally fast. Everything tasted good. Customer service was also pretty good. No complaints here

This by far one of the best all around taco bells around here. Great service, fast service and no problems compared to other taco bells where there is missing food, rude employees, food done improperly. Thanks for a great job!!!

The food was good and my order was correct. The only problem was it took a very long time to get my order. I went inside thinking it would be quicker than the drive thru, but after 20 minutes I realized I may have been wrong. I don't know how long the drive thru would've taken but next time I'll give it a try. 🌮⏳

People are gonna think I'm crazy but this is by far the best Taco Bell I've ever been to. Did a late evening drive thru. My order was right, food was prepared like it was from a commercial, and it was really good. And I don't drink... I was sober for this experience. Lol
