Lab and medical oriented facilities are good... But they forced me to give a five star rating without leaving the x-ray room. It's not right.

It's a good medical service provider. I visited for Ortho problem, and Dr, H. N Mishra really a good doctor, & also done USG under Dr. Ghosh , he is very good at analyzing problem. staffs are also good in behavior. Over all I am satisfied with services.

Moderately reliable & dependable medical point (in all aspects) in our area, though there are some lacks and limitations that I've faced this time. MRI scan machine has not yet been set up here. No neurologist is here hitherto. Besides, 'Homocysteine Serum test' is not done here and they took the concerned blood sample and I've to wait for four more days to get that report done from another lab. The price slabs stand on a bit higher range here compared to some good standard centres in our locality, like RK Mission, Apex Club (Bally), etc. The "Help Desk" needs to be more fruitfully prompt service oriented in communication level, 'coz this time too on 14/06/2023 and 18/06/'23 I faced some communication issues. Howe'er, the all over service of the sample collector Shri Sankha Chakraborty suits me.

Genuine reports, good behaviour of staf specially Mr. Sankha Chakraborty. He is a very cooperative. Overall I'm extremely satisfied.
