This doesn't even deserve 2 stars. I am summarizing how horrible this hospital is so you can save yourself from the headache: 1. Poor service -very slow. I've experienced this not twice but thrice even if you are in a emergency room. This might be intentional so your condition could get worse and charge you more. 2. Charges you way above the standard prices compared to other average private hospitals and will give reasons for you to get charged. An example is when my nephew got sick and inside the emergency room, we waited so long so we decided to leave but he was charged for 5,000 pesos just for lying on the hospital bed for less than 5 minutes without any medicine provided. 3. Lots of Doctors arrive late, I mean very late. Plus they are arrogant (not all) and act as if you owe them your life. Acting as if they are better than anyone else just because of their profession. Some of the nurses too. 4. I'm no expert, but I think it is hazardous to health if a mall is beside a hospital. What's worse is that the hospital itself is within or surrounded by the Fora mall that is next to the restaurants. 5. Horrible Parking space. 6. I think all the positive reviews are from the staff or share holders themselves. The negative reviews and ratings are the real ones and speaks for itself. 7. Need I say more? Go check it for yourself if you want to see the most horrible private hospital in the Philippines in my opinion. Even a public hospital is way better than this.

Only hospital offering 3d/4d ultrasound with congenital scan outside metro manila. (Pregnancy) Whoever wish to get that scan, especially husbands, don't choose this place. No explanations, no informations, waiting forever, and only the patient is allowed inside. Of course nobody informs about this beforehand. Convenient to fill the rooms with more patients instead of both future parents, because can earn more money like that. This place only wants to make fast and easy money. No attempt or effort to comfort the people, or at least inform what's going to happen. Also, results are released next day, so make sure to book a hotel beforehand or travel back there another day. Worst experience of any medical center/hospital/clinic/office since entering the Philippines nearly 3 years ago. To all foreigners: just chose another place even if it means 1-2h longer travel. Can only get disappointed here.

Well this is NOT a hospital that provides health care but a business trying to sell everything they can to the SICK. I got recommendation from Telemed Doctor to get RT PCR test and instructed by my HMO to go to the ER. Then I went to Tagaytay Medical Center ER to have myself tested but they won't allow me to get tested even if I have recommendation instead they are asking me to have "4-hour work up" in the ER, meaning they will do different tests not only the RT PCR which I needed. This poses risk because we know that there are several COVID positive patients in the ER as well. What I also don't like is the Nurse who seems to be discouraging me by letting me know I'd spend at least Php20K plus the 5-person PPE of Php 1200 each. While I don't really have good vibe in hospitals, this really is worst. And I don't mind paying PHp 20K since this is covered by our benefits but us discussing prices at the onset, before giving me medical attention is a highlight that you want to check if your patient could pay first before admiting her. Well, that's how I felt about it. Also, I only needed RT PCR test which we can avail Php 5-10K in Manila, but here with your Php 6K you still got NOTHING but PPE of the Medical persons. Tagaytay Medical is just after The Money.

This review is based from my experiences in the Heart Station, Radiology and OPD. The lab fees are almost on par with that of reputable facilities in M. Manila. Heart Station -- had a good experience during the labwork because the nurse was professional and competent --when asking for an electronic copy of the lab results, it's best to call them. The department didn't notice my email request. Radiology department -- I underwent an imaging test to look at a body part with on/off pain. I'm grateful to the med tech who performed the imaging as she was careful not to cause additional pain. OPD -- overall, it was ok. The doctors I consulted to take time to listen to my questions and they provided comprehensive answers. One recommendation for the OPD is for the secretaries to drop a message if the doctor is going to be late and provide an estimate how much longer will the patient wait. In this economy, it is an inconvenient truth that time is money. Quality healthcare costs good money. A patient may have to take unpaid timeoffs just to get seen by doctor and get diagnostics done. Overall, TMC patient care have potential to rival those provided in M. Manila. I hope they continuously improve their facilities and patient care.

We were vacationing in Tagaytay. My mom had a Pneumonia, they kept us in the ER for more than 6 hours with no updates and no one checking on her for the last 5 hours. They gave 1 nebulizer treatment, 1 dose of IV steroid, and left her to wallow in the isolation room alone for the rest of her stay in the ER. When she was having difficulty of breathing again, they even have the gall to tell us that the nebulizer is in the room and we can use it -- no nebules! The ER isolation is open to air, cockroaches go in and out the open door. Most important thing to note is they never started antibiotics. This place is a money pit: their staff are detached to the human side of their patients, and finds all the ways to charge you for everything at sky high prices. We paid 45T in total for a less than 24 hr stay, where my mom's pneumonia was never treated until they could get their attending physician to come in around lunch time. By then, we were fed up and left for St Luke's in QC where we got the proper care, and is way more cost-effective than this establishment. I've been an ICU nurse for 20 years, I have enough perspective on how things are supposed to be done -- and I will never go to this place. Even in an emergency I'll have the least chance to survive here anyway. Update: Your response won't fix anything on our side, and it is not my responsibility to show you how you can do better. This review explains enough. You, as an institution, need to evaluate your work culture and processes, and address areas that need improvement. You cannot solve this in a case by case basis.

Cannot go lower than 1 star.. If you want to get the wrong prescription.. If you want to get the wrong traetment.. If you want to get the wrong diagnostic.. If you want to pay a lit for a bac service.. ( nurse cant take your blood ) Well tou are in the right place. This institution is only looking forward to get your money what ever it take. They are putting your life in danger by doing so. Boycot this institue as much as possible.

Horrible.. Doctor's were idiosyncratic. They're hiding their faults under the rug. One of their doctors were arrogant. Don't be fooled by this expensive private hospital.. it shouldn't even be called as such. Let me rephrase that.. expensive infrastructure full of not professional 'Professional doctors' or their so called experts.. Please don't even think about going here.

The hospital location is good, easy access even if the parking is far and very poor. But the main problem of this place, it is owned by greedy people who want to empty your bank account. We stayed there for 2 days for a minor dehydration during pregnancy, and the bill was expensive. They add a lot of extra charge without asking anything. Ex: Welcome kit (sanitizer, toothbrush, toothpaste...) you don't have choice: 1500php, pillow you don't have choice: 360php, ER (for 1 hour) before being admitted in a room: 1500php. We paid 16 000php in total for the stay, without any big needs, we saw the doctor one time. The problem of this health business (should it be a business?), you don't have choice than to pay. We will consider another hospital next time we'll have a medical need.

Worst hospital I've ever went to, emergency needs should be assisted with thorough care. My hours of stay was excruciating, a tablet of paracetamol could have helped? But I received nothing, my partner went out to buy me a generic pain reliever so that I'd be able to rest.

I been here just few days ago to see pediatrician for my toddler son, the front desk women in pediatrics are very unprofessional no consistency and no ethics. I need a clearance for my son so he can see dentist so i have no choice but to see pediatrician but before that the pediatrician ask me to do CBC and X-Ray for my son, so I ask the front desk woman how much this clearance is before We go to lab test, and she said it’s 1500, but when I go back in just an hour, she told me that the price for clearance went up to 2000 pesos the chairman just told them. Oh di wow the chairman and her are very close! It’s unbelievable! They think that you just pick up money from the street! Money is more important in this hospital than helping people! And the doctors are not on time! Like and an hour late!!😑 very disappointing!

We went to the ER for my husband because of stomach issues and some chest palpitations. After one semi irregular EKG, the ER doctor wanted to admit my husband to the ICU even though his blood work and 2nd EKG were normal. After consulting with a cardiologist, we are getting a few tests done but he said the 1st EKG wasnt even bad. Seems as though they just want extra money.

Poor service. Took my wife there for an emergency situation and no anesthesiologist was present for the procedure. Why is there an emergency room if nothing can be done right then and there gor that specific emergency. Nursing staff appeared like they were just hanging out sitting at the nursing station. The reason why this place even got a star is because there is no option for negative stars. The plus side is security were the only ones that knew what they were doing. This is a "Medical Hospital " but were not prepared for emergency situations, so don't go here if you have an emergency, don't even come here at all. If they are not prepared for an emergency, what more will they not be equipped for? Save yourself the time, money, and save your own life by going elsewhere!

My husband had difficluty breathing. He has a history of heart problem so I brought him at ER just to make sure. The ER doctor ruled out that it was only regurgitation or acid reflux. But they ran tons of tests anyway. She said it was a protocol to run all those tests. Hello? Im also in a medical field, but those tests were not all relevant. We ended up paying P9000 pesos for everything. My mother-in-law was already hesitant early on, she also experienced the same non sense charges even for a simple headache. , but I ignored bec this is the only near hospital from our rest house. I wont recommend you come here to seek medical help.

Holy Moses! I wish I read these reviews before I went to this comedy club. Went to Urology. The staff were like high school kiddies avoiding work. The first dr. I was scheduled to see just didn't show up. So I saw the second shift urologist. The "doc" appeared to be OCD about getting each patient out as fast as possible. It was like he had General Anxiety Disorder, or wayyyy too much coffee! Avoid avoid avoid.

This is so sad. Before I can even write a review, the listed reviews are just devastating to read and it's already based on so many horrible experiences of this hospital. I, for one, am about to critique this hospital based on my recent experience with my mother (who expired in September 2023). I held myself from writing a review about the hospital but I just had to because both my parents have been patients of this hospital with recent passing of my mother, I am going to speak from my experience. My mom was taken to the ER due to being diagnosed with pneumonia (her diabetic doctor ordered for her to be taken to ER). She is a 81 year old widow in which at her age it's very critical with her medical situation. Due to complications with her breathing, she was stabilized with oxygen to help her breath better. She was then transferred to ICU. As days progress, her energy increased much better that her doctor (main doctor for pulmonary) mentioned she will be able to transfer to a regular room as she progressed better in her oxygen level. She had procedure done on Monday called "Thoracentesis" in which fluid build up will be removed. Apparently after the procedure (without knowledge of the "what ifs" will happen after the procedure), her body came into shock and her heart beat slowed down and BP as well. Attending nurses had to perform CPR on her. Not long after that, she was declared dead. The devastating and heart breaking news no family wanted to hear has shattered us knowingly we had hope for her to survive. My horrible experience is that the only "attending doctor" (very young doctor who declared her dead was the only one that came out to say "sorry she didn't make it." NONE of even the doctor who performed the Thoracentesis came out to say anything or any doctors came out to inform us family what has happened. Instead not even that long my mom passed they sent us down to the Admitting Office/Billing and handed us a paper asking me to put down and I quote this "Php 510,100" not even an hour since my mom passed. How HEARTLESS are these people?!?! We haven't even processed my mom's passing but they are asking me about half a million to put down to billing. This hospital has no compassion NOR care for people. Let me tell you I made every effort to her doctors and even billing department how they're hospital motto "Where Caring Never Stops" is a LIE!! Once a patient is dead they wrap them up and leave their body down in the parking garage either waiting to be picked up to the funeral home OR put in the morgue. This hospital is a money hungry and DON'T Care for their patient (dead or alive) AND their family! Heartless is how I can describe it. The billing officer who I spoke to when I told him I don't have the money kept insisting "when can you pay? Or How much can you pay?" is insensitive! Especially when I told him I don't have the money right now but still kept insisting. I don't care if this is a private or even public hospital but the insensitivity of how things were handled are not right. I haven't even absorbed that my mom is gone but to them asking for money right at that moment really heartless. I write this review not only rate how this hospital is but I hope NO other person have to go through what I went through. It clearly shows months and years of reviews that nothing has improved about this hospital. It's clearly a money business. They should change their motto to "Where Caring Never Stops when Bills are paid" I say that with sarcasm but it's TRUE! This hospital is a money business. My dad had a surgery done over 10 years ago (he had prostate cancer at Stage 4). He didn't need to have that surgery!!!!!! That damn doctor just made money out of it. Again a heartless procedure how this hospital is run.

I would never recommend this place even if it was a life or death matter. My mum came in with a simple burn and all we really needed was some cleaning, dressing and antibiotic cream to avoid an infection. The doctor came and asked a few question and he was gone, didn’t share the plan or what treatment he will use. A male nurse then came to insert a cannulae for pain relief and I said can’t you give it orally? and they said the cream will hurt, so he missed inserting the cannula and then we said we will not attempt again and can we have it orally. They made us sign that we are refusing IV medication and they didn’t bother to ask the doctor to give anything orally. It got to the point where my mum said she would rather deal with the pain. Then the male nurse said out loud do you want to cream in a very inappropriate manner. Unsurprisingly the cream didn’t even sting or hurt at all, lastly when it was time to dress the wound they came to the bedside wear gloves from the outside, no ANTT was practiced at all. I noticed on the bill they charged for 5 pairs of gloves which wasn’t the case. Please be very careful with this place because I am medically trained and all I saw was them trying to increase the bill in every manner. From injections, dressings that did not even make it into the car after leaving, the dressing fall off as we walked out. This is supposed to be a private establishment but we were treated like it’s a public sector in service but charged so much. I honestly feel sorry for the people that need to go to hospital and end up here. I always give honest reviews and I would have given no stars but I couldn’t as the minimum I can give is 1. After looking at the reviews I noticed I am not the only person to have problems. I can’t remember the bill of the top of my head but I was roughly 8-9 thousand Philippine peso for a 3 hours stay for a burn to the leg.

Went here hoping for a free check up with my health card and the first thing they told me is that there is a chance I would pay in cash. ER nurse told me to talk to the cashier in hope that they will validate if it will be free, then when I talked to the cashier they told me ask the information and when I get to info, guess what? They told me to ask the ER staff. I've never seen so much ignorance and incompetence especially in this line of work. Btw I came with difficulty breathing and pain in the lung and I commuted there. I felt that if I collapsed in there they wouldn't even care, and it makes me scared to go back and for people to trust their lives in this pathetic, money grabbing hospital.

While in the middle of filling out pre-employment forms, Ms. Rhoda of the HR department suggested that I come back after their lunch break. Good thing one of her staff (Ms. Frances) was very professional and took the time out to make sure I finished my business first with their office so I won't have to wait much longer.

Admitted here last Nov 2022 for scheduled CS. We had good experience from the time we entered ER to OR to recovery room to admission room. We also had very attentive nurses on duty who assisted us with our newborn and supported me for breastfeeding. They also helped my husband learn how to change diaper and showed how to bathe a newborn. Even the processing of papers, birth cert was easy on our end. We were also attended during our checkout. Happy with their service.

Thank you to aj cruz for the feedback on dr. Bonifacio Ronsayro. My senior citizen dad is in need of an ortho and when i checked the list of orthos and their schedule (half of which by the way barely hold clinic according to front desk but they are still listed bec they are accredited) i saw his name and will definitely avoid him.

ENT doctor doesn't provide reciept to the medicine they prescribed though they are selling it in the opd desk. the doctor says its not his and it was like pa benta lang and they are selling it for 600 pesos where you can buy it from Mercury drug for 400+ only and the medical certificate cost 500 pesos without a reciept too. their slogan doesnt fit what exactly they provide. this hospital really reaps off money. tsk.

I would like to say some positivity through this experience. Dr. Beratio (Pulmonologist) is the doctor who actually has a HEART for his patient & family. He consistently followed up with me even after my mom's passing to make sure I got what I needed and the financial assistance we seek. He was communicating and constant follow up to make sure were taken care of. I commend him for his kind gesture and care for people. Unlike the Cardiologist Dr. Mike Perez, all he can tell me is "good luck" Heartless!!! Again I say all this in a way that any future patient shouldn't go through what I went through or any people with experience. This hospital need to revisit their policy and procedure and handle situations like this correctly and fairly to people!!!

Very inefficient. They will try to keep you so they can charge you a lot specially if you are from out of the country. I was charged almost the same amount compare to Asian Hospital where I get more service and longer time in ER coz I have to transfer there for better service and facility.

Your FRONT LINER FOR THE ER TRIAGE IS A NURSING AID! Do not go here if your life depended on it. As in dont. Mas malaki chance baka mamatay ka pa. Theyre making excuses to turn away patients because they want to lower their patient count! We went in because of KIDNEY STONES. The patient is a DOCTOR. Your NURSING AID instead of ASKING WHAT THE PROBLEM IS, WHICH IS VERY BASIC, said theres a covid suspect in the WARD. HE ALSO MADE AN EXCUSE that their doctor couldnt treat the patient sitting down. They required the patient lying down. So we said, "we see you have a bed in your isolation tent, cant she get treated there?" THEY SAID NO BECAUSE THEY HAVE NOT SANITIZED THE TENT. Take note they had at least 4 tents. Also, this was 2am. There were no nurses or doctors in sight. You can see inside the ER. The most attentive are the security guards asking me to move my car. Im wasting time even writing this. Theyre doing it on purpose. They want their numbers down.

If you have another hospital in your list of medical care, try that other hospital first. The lab staff and lab results here are in control and very well accurate. It's the treatment that I'm having trouble comprehending. No wound care SOP, E.R. has only one highly intensive bed and most patients get moved to wards on the third to fifth floor. Baby emergencies are not really something they can provide especially when most on call staff are ER, GP for adults.

If i can put no stars it must happen for poor Service and stupid staff. The staff in this hospital is so stupid. For what ever the reason you must wait for bulk patient to put dextrose? Is that a reasonable excuse of someone to be admitted for dehydration? Patient waited 5 hours yet nothing was done. We paid for the service that was not given to us. Hospital must be ashamed for the staffs. Is I must detailed what happen it will be long but the stupid nurses knows it. I will detailed it in the court, maybe after my wife recoved

30 mins before anyone even tried to see us sa entrance palang ng emergency room. There was an ufortunate kid fighting for his life and the nurses were giggling on the side. There were more than staff there at the time and only 4 patients. Took almost 5 hours for a simple gastroenteritis diagnosis. The staff were also super noisy as if we were in a wet market.

(Translated by Google) Had my Pre-employment Medical here. I inquired about them because they were POEA accredited. I showed all my medical requirements including the required drug test. They said iccheck daw and they seem to have a drug test and they are complete "daw" with medical needs. So next day, jan 2,2019 again I said what I need for medical. Ok there seems to be. Then they told me to pay first. They are already taking samples from me and I am still asking them if they have what I need for everything. The release takes 2 to 5 working days (it takes so much time) but go ahead, since "daw" is complete and close. January 7 I called and texted to ask if my results were released but no one answered or no reply so I decided to call again next day January 8 but no one answered so I went in the morning, the results are released but no doctor. But I heard them talking "hello, doc is no longer leaving." Take note it's just 10am. But before that they said they always have a doctor Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm. But suddenly he said "maam flexible schedule kase si doc wala tlga sya today. Balik ka nlng bukas." They just made me check my papers. So what can i do? Right? Next day January 9 i called and asked if there was a doctor. Finally someone answered and told me they will update me. Around 8:30 they texted that there was a doctor so I went. They did some measurements and stuff. Finally the results are released with the doctor's sign together with my other forms. Everything looks good until I saw my drug test form. They don't have the other test i repeatedly said i needed. I told them the problem about it. That's when the doctor stepped out of his office and said that they don't have those test in their hospital. He added, "That is what the DOH for OFW Pre employment medical employment requires and for the first time we will see a person who needs a test like you." Then I said. "It's not the DOH, it's the HR requirement of my work place." They told me to ask HR if I could have another test or if I could take another test. Haha grabe. I wasted my time and money in such place. Very unprofessional. At first I was wondering why their secretary told me that OFWs do not want to be treated at their hospital even though they are POEA accredited. Now i know why. Now another delay is their cause for me. It's not another expense and time. In their desire to make money, they no longer thought about the consequences of their actions on potential clients. Ps. You can see their doctor because they have a "flexible" schedule and they do not know when to come. (Original) Had my Pre-employment Medical here. Nag inquire ako sa kanila kase POEA accredited sila. last night is such a terrible experience ..i went to the ER last night after experiencing a difficulty of breathing... i was patiently waiting for my ..because there are so many patients I asked the nurse if they can accommodate me if not i will just go home and visit my doctor in the morning, they say they are already calling my doctor... after 2hrs of waiting (i went there around 10pm) they bought me to they x ray room, then a blood was taken for cbc test. then so on... what i cant understand, they say im a high risk because Im a severe asthmatic but after giving me the med, they bring the wheel chair outside the ER, and its past 12am already and letting me wit their.. exposing me to all the ppl outside... and I am paying... this is not a public hospital.. we are paying every single thing they gave me... is this FAIR... worst experience ever.. even the nurse was telling me that I should be thankful that I was given a firt aid... but they are not compassionate enough to understand how i felt and also the new ER doctor... if they don't have a place to put their patient then tell them so that they can go home or transfer to a different hospital....

I rate this hospital as 4 stars because: 1. The laboratory was really early and very accesible. I was suffering from vertigo while doing my lab works. The lab personel are very patient and accommodating. Kudos to you! 2. The radiology department are very keen on their screening. Very helpful and was efficient. They also informed me to use a different elevator because the one I wanted to use was for covid. Thank you. 3. It was a bit challenging for the Cardiology dept as they came a little bit late but nontheless they are very efficient. Thank you for your service. 4. IMPRESIVE! I was really impressed the next day when I claimed my results. I need not go inside the hospital (very safe and secure) as I can claim ny results at their central claiming area outside unlike other hospitals that you need to go thru each department where sometimes everyone is busy and claiming results are not their priority. 5. One thing that I think needs to be β€œUPGRADED” is their triagr. I was experiencing vertigo already and the service their is really slow plus you need to fill out a form. How about a QR Code? 6. Customer service for HMO are very accommodating as well. Their telephone operators are accommodating and speaks well as well. I dont think its fair to compare our TMC to big hospitals in Manila, somewhere but they are at par. Thank you for all our nurses, technicians and all who work in TMC! God bless you all!πŸ™πŸ»πŸ™πŸ»πŸ™πŸ»

My daughter was confined from July 12 to July 16 Overall experience was superb. From ER to isolation room and private ward The only negative thing happened to us was when the ER lab's staff accidentally hit my daughter's nostril's capillaries which resulted to oozing blood I also suggest that vein scanner is used each time a baby needs to be inserted with IV. They made it a last resort after 3 failed attempts. Thanks a lot TMC for the wonderful service!!! To the housekeeping, Nutrition department and nursing service, kudos! Thanks also Doctors Estrada, Miranda, Tarriela and especially Doctor Gavino!!!

Some issues with this hospital is the street where it is located is littered with dogs and their poop. don’t eat in their canteen. There is a saying that hospital food is expensive but in that hospital it’s triple the price. I ate there with only one viand and two rice that costs me 120 of our pesos. They beat the price of Jollibee and other fast food chain.

Went to the ER for what I thought was asthma. They took my bp, did an ECG and nebulizer me. Took my bp again. The nurses and the resident Doctor who handled me were very efficient and kind. The hospital was under renovation at the ER area but it was very clean and the toilet had lots of toilet paper which I know is not a big thing for 1st world nations but in the Philippines it means something. I was satisfied with their service and my ER bill was not as big as I expected so I was glad for that.

Never tell this hospital that you are a tourist in Tagaytay or even never give them a slightest hint that you’re not a resident as they’ll charge you an arm and leg or even your kidney. They charged my husband 11k pesos for 5-hour stay in the ER for tummy pains as an outpatient. They charged ER fee of 5k alone. The ER is not properly maintained and it’s very dirty. With dried blood spatter on the walls, ventilator full of dust, ER beds with bits and pieces of dirty tissue papers from the previous patients I’m sure. Avoid this hospital at all cost.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service my father-in-law had received at the emergency room on Dec.26, 2023 in your emergency room at around evening. Unfortunately, their experience was marred by the unprofessional behavior of a male nurse who, regrettably, displayed a lack of empathy and respect. Upon seeking medical assistance, my in-laws encountered a nurse whose behavior was both unhelpful and outright rude. Not only did you made them feel dismissed when attempting to convey the severity of my situation, but they also endured inappropriate comments regarding their financial capabilities. This was not only unprofessional but deeply hurtful, as financial matters should never be a subject of mockery in a healthcare setting. I believe every patient deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of their financial circumstances. The nurse's behavior not only tarnished my perception of the healthcare facility but also left us feeling disheartened and humiliated during an already stressful time. I strongly urge Tagaytay Medical Center to address this matter promptly, ensuring that staff members receive proper training in patient interaction and empathy. No individual should endure such a distressing experience when seeking medical assistance, and it is crucial that healthcare professionals uphold the highest standards of professionalism and compassion. I hope that this feedback is taken seriously, and appropriate measures are implemented to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.

Very attentive to patients need, friendly, easy to call when in need, accommodating . I couldn't ask for more, the facility itself is very clean, from time to time they make sure the room is clean. The nurses on duty are the best ❀️ Thank you so much Tagaytay Medical Center , Doctors, Nurses and Staffs for your excellent service. Thank you for making my stay very comfortable ☺️❀️

Had surgery here yesterday. I can't say enough about the staff, so kind and approachable; from doctors, nurses, nursing attendants, cleaning staff, etc. All the customer service is excellent which I think is very important to the patients. Felt very comfortable during my entire procedure in the operating room and emergency room. For improvement, I hope the other side of the semi-private can be cooler and also I hope there is a soft couch for the guard.

OPD service is good, approachable staff and good doctors. Facility is clean. Downside would be - long waiting times for doctors, probably because they still have to do their rounds.

Pretty expensive ER for a 3hrs duration - they charge you 1k for a non-critical illness and say its hospital policy. Doctors and nursers are ok but avoid this hospital if you don't want to get ripped off.

The hospital seems decent enough to accommodate patients who are looking for a quality-wise medical centre. But certain improvements and such are and can still be feasible like organizing the waiting line.
