Poor service from batangas delivery team. Unknown consignee in address? The delivery guy didn't even bother to call the number provided. Management, please check your employees if they are doing their job. Better if you include the names of delivery personel in charge of a package in your tracking system. Stop wasting everyone's time.

So strange LBC Batangas branch, unbelievable that you cannot trace the location with complete address and mobile number given. LBc management need to check your employee if they working properly or else replace them with worthy one. So poor service.

Landline and mobile numbers not accessible, my parcel status is unknown residence to think that my house and your hub is only at the same barangay and 3 minutes drive from there going here

Don't even bother to contact the recipient's number provided when the address is out of service area! Your customer service hotline is not even working! Took so long before receiving response through email! Ang bulok ng service nyo! Walang kwenta

First of all, i have a recommendation for you guys. Before you deliver the package/parcel , it's better to give a message/call early in morning, example " hi mam/sir good day this is LBC Batangas, we will delivering your order today, we would like to ask if your able to receive the item today or if not , incase your not around kindly leave your payment to your representative with the exact amount"

Terrible.. nobody answers the phone we whether mobile number or landline. Cannot find anyone to talk to regarding my package. Did not even bothered to call me. And so I was not able to get the package that was sent to me. Please, I hope you guys improve your system. JNT will call me if they are not sure where my house is. Kayo Wala. No reply on text as well, di rin matawagan. Low tech masyado. 2022 na!

very bad service, they say they delivered to your house and theres no receiver in the house, when no delivery even came in the first place, then they ask you to pick it up from the warehouse or else the package will be returned.

Telling that the package has been refused when in fact, they dont even try to deliver the package. How come that it will be refuse by an institution with guard on-duty 24/7. ?
