As we are all battling into pandemic my Dad had a stroke, my family became hopeless as ECQ and Covid 19 surge the hospitals in full capacity. I thought I am going to loose my Dad. But South City Hospital and Medical Center gave their full care to my Dad the quickest response team I witnessed on ER, the constant care of this IMMORTAL NURSES and SUPERHERO DOCTORS from room 510 to 409 floors, fast laboratory tech and results, superb orderly staff.... they all lead to my Dad's healing. Never imagine that he can recover fast. Plus the very strict protocol for non covid area makes the anxiety go. Sooo safe! I am forever greatful for all of you, I will include you all in my prayers... God will all bless you. MARAMING SALAMAT...HUGS!!!

Was admitted for dengue at the non-covid floor. My doctor made sure that my ER assessment was quick to avoid unnecessary exposure. Nurses and Med techs were were polite and attentive. Due to the pandemic i thought I was going to have anxiety at the hospital but my room had the best view it almost felt like a vacation.

This is the only hospital I know where nurses pass responsibilities to a patient's companion, like cleaning the patient after a bowel motion, changing pads, giving pills, etc. What is the point of paying for a private room and having nurses around if they'll just pass their responsibilities to a patient's companion?! Also, there was a day, my son and I were waiting at the basement elevator, and when the elevator opened, there were 2 staff beside a hospital bed with a dead person inside a bag. That was at around 11am! It was such a traumatic experience for him. Also, bakit "cash" lang ang option sa pagbayad sa professional fee ng doctors? Sa ibang bills, pwede bank transfer! WHY? Be prepared to wait LONG to get discharged! At least 5 hours from my experience. We have given the nurses a time of dad's transfer to a different facility and even confirmed it a day ahead, but still, we had to wait very long to have my dad discharged. They also said, kids are not allowed. Well, look at the attached photo! Worst experience ever!!!

Hospital charges are expensive even when compared to other private hospital. Hospital services are poor and needs improvement. Nurses are accomodating but the guards are rude when talking to their clients. A very bad experience for first time patients/clients.

All I can say is their service is 5 star and the rate is reasonable! My first child was delivered by them and they have been accomodating! I couldn't be in the delivery room but the doctors provided constant updates to ease my worries. I have no complaints and would definitely have my 2nd child delivered by them too! Try them out, if you're not satisfied then bring the patient to the nearby Asian Hospital which will charge an arm, leg including your liver! If you gots the money then head there, if not like me who have limited budget, then choose South City Hospital! The hospital has a small canteen downstairs which sells hot food, snacks and drinks. The food taste is decent, no complaints there but I think they are a 3rd party service for the hospital.

All staff are very accommodating and you really feel very well taken care of here! Nurses were attentive and doctors were very professional. I got confined last january and I must say that it was a good experience in terms of the medical attention and care that the staff extended to me. One of the best hospitals in the metro!

The hospital is very nice and clean, feels like you're in a hotel. The nurses and doctors are all very accommodating too. Definitely would recommend!

Everyone in the hospital were very accomodating personally and even thru online messages. Guards, secretaries, nurses, Doctors and all their staffs were very approachable. Even when we were out. They will show their compassions when they saw u in the premises for your follow up check ups. I haven't had any chance to get their names but I am so grateful to all of them. For taking good care of my patient during her major operations. Special mention to Doc. Arboleda for a job well done! Thanks alot Doc for all of your help together with your accompanying Doctors during her operations. God bless to all of you and send my kind regards to your secretary. She was very nice when we visited you last Tuesday. And to the very friendly staff in Medical Records, thabk you so much Maam. Being kind and nice are sometimes rare to be found but you guys excel and meet my expectations. Very kind souls indeed!

WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOSPITAL. Lack of staff and specialty doctors, no AC in some areas, redundant process and overall patient experience is not good here. If you are not in Emergency, just going for checkup and laboratory, I suggest for your to go to other hospitals instead.

Disappointing service! Rude nurses. They cannot manage well. We went to the ER and the attending physician asked us to do some lab tests. We were informed that since past 5pm, that specific lab test will have high additional charges. We asked "repeatedly" if we can pay in credit card and the ER nurse confirmed yes. After the lab test, in our surprize the sonologist asked for cash payment. Told them what the ER nurse discussed but the nurse denied it. ER Nurse was not even apologetic. Very chaotic system.

My son is confined now at this hospital. Waiting period from ER is from 5pm to 11pm. From 11pm to 1am, no one was coming to check us in our room. No assistance of any kind was given. When I call nurses, they do not respond when asked. Just few hours upon admission and I am very disappointed. These are just few hours upon coming in to the hospital, what more the following days of my son's confinement?

Will not recommend this hospital to anyone. If possible go to Asian or OsMun though a bit far from Cavite, guaranteed na the service is good and you’ll get your money’s worth. Had this weird experience when the doctor said that the consultation will not be covered but when questioned about the diagnosis suddenly covered na. So if I didn’t dare eh ganun nalang. On top of that, 500 pesos for a Med Cert, 5x higher than Asian and they wont even provide you a diagnosis report unless you insist.. So weird..

This hospital has slowest, most inefficient processes. The staff made us wait for 3 long hours just to get our bill and clearance. I gave my feedback, but it seems that they have no desire to improve. Take note: There were no queues, since the hospital is almost empty.

Absolute worst experience of my entire life. They made a CT-Scan for an Appendix-operation and ensured it would have been covered by Intellicare. Which was why we agreed in the first place, cause this isnt necessary by any means. They billed us for it. Completely unprofessional staff - very loud and rude. Calling you bad things whilst by standing. Unbelievable experience.

ER was okay except for the waiting time. Nurses were responsive as well as the lab technicians. Lab results were fast too. But you have to wait for more than 2 hrs (note that there were only 2 patients in the ER, including us already) just to get the clearance from the doctor.

The nurses, doctors and staff are very friendly. Almost everything was up to par with expectations. The room we had was clean, I liked that the private room has direct speakers from different floors so they can call you if there's something to take care of. My only gripe is the very small patient's gown even for adults. I wish they can have a budget for replacing them.

The hospital that I felt cared the most. From my doctors, Dr. Troy Dizon and Dra. Fionna Dela Cruz to their secretaries, the nurses like kuya Nick they are the best! They know what they are doing and they listen to the patients with genuine compassion. Highly recommended!

I've been here twice, took my mother for ER care. Very attentive doctors, and a pretty simple administrative process.

Clean facility. Excellent service. Value for money.

I have been admitted in several hospitals in Las Piñas and Muntinlupa. Price in Southcity is reasonably acceptable, lower compared to other hospitals. I hope they will maintain the same rates especially now that we are in pandemic. And the location is quiet and with nice view.

Those at the front desk are worthless. If you wait for an hour then you will be told that the doctor is gone
