😠 Take note before deciding to go here. There are three separate charges if you get admitted, ER fee β‚±1800+, admission fee β‚±3600+ and admission kit β‚±2500+. Basically you already have a bill of β‚±8000+ just because you are to be admitted. If you have HMO they will charge you eveything that they can thin... Take note before deciding to go here. There are three separate charges if you get admitted, ER fee β‚±1800+, admission fee β‚±3600+ and admission kit β‚±2500+. Basically you already have a bill of β‚±8000+ just because you are to be admitted. If you have HMO they will charge you eveything that they can think of, even a discharge summary form which costs β‚±500 even if you did not request for it. None of this will be explained to you. Other reviews were accurate, you won't feel the sense of urgency in the ER. Pros: Most of the staff are nice and it's very clean. Cons: - Ridiculous fees - No sense of urgency in the ER - Make sure to double check you bill breakdown

The charges felt like robbery. My mom had pneumonia and dialysis and charges were up to 340,000! The doctors we had made repetitive tests - like daily lung x rays and 2 covid tests even if first one is already negative making patients bill pile up! They also do not accept promisory notes. It is a terrible place that will kill patients bleeding them dry of funds to continue their medications.

We informed this hospital that we already sought medical assistance for the hospital bills of my father. But they will not release the documents we repeatedly asked for such as Medical Abstract and Hospital Bill (with discounts and payments applied to PF first). Their reason - no doctor available to sign the document, person in-charged is still on a meeting, etc... We ended up paying in full, since we failed to submit the documents in time before discharge. That money is being saved for post-discharge medications! We hope someone from the authority can revisit the billing and records procedure of this hospital. πŸ˜”

The first thing that struck me was the exorbitant bill. It was shockingly high and seemed to be in no way commensurate with the services rendered. I understand that medical services can be costly, but this bill was beyond what I would consider reasonable or fair. There are also additional costs that were never discussed or agreed upon. The quality of care was also a significant concern. In a place where compassion and professionalism should be at the forefront, I found both to be sorely lacking. The atmosphere was not one of healing and care, but rather one of indifference and neglect. It felt as though the patient's well-being was not the primary concern, which is deeply troubling. Furthermore, the discharge process was unnecessarily prolonged. The process, which should have been straightforward and efficient, was drawn out and complicated, adding unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation. Overall, the service was far from satisfactory. From the billing to the patient care to the discharge process, there were shortcomings at every turn.

I bring here my 11 mos old baby due to seizure attack their triage was outside just a tent and they don’t know how handle pedia seizure patient. The way they puncture dextrose to my child is like how they do it on adult. Our pedia advise us to travel her in bigger hospital for further check since they don’t have neuro-pedia doctors. Before we can transfer, they asked us to pay for almost 30k.

Doctors in ER are too slow to act. My cousin had a swollen callus and after four hours in the ER they didn't want to remove it. We went to the pillar thr next day and the doctor was confused why they didn't remove it as it'll spread more. Different incident: we have our grandmother stayed in the ICU. The nurses there were unprofessional and even in front of the family members, will make fun of the patients and were so loud. It might be a new hospital and their services might be complete. But the people working there are not as experienced as compared to the hospital in Imus.

Very bad service. Waited 2.5 hrs at the "emergency room" for a pain reliever. During the wait, i was in severe pain and nobody check on me. It is a private Emergency Room, but you will never feel the urgency to be helped. We were left at the ER for 2.5 hrs and everyone was nowhere to be seen. It was me and my partner left alone at the ER.

Be prepared to lose your patience with their security management. Even if it is a PRIVATE hospital, guests are only limited to 2 per room and excess people will be forced to wait outside in the heat. They wont even let us wait inside the airconditioned lobby just because of their 2 guest policy. Atleast provide a waiting area that won't kill us with heat stroke.

This is the worst private hospital we’ve ever been. Our bill was too high. For an anesthesiologist, which he said he’s the president of the hospital, he charged us for his PF amounting to 100k (questionable, we have the receipt). Also, when we saw the bills even the slightest smallest item, like the latex gloves, they will charge you for it. Oh, and they have repeated unending tests which will cost more, deemed unnecessary. The only nicest people here who I want to recognize were: the surgeon (Doc C.) and the doctor for gastro (Doc V.) which we felt were very sincere and their PFs were reasonable. I will never recommend this hospital to anyone. This hospital is ripping people off. As you can see, I am not the only one who rated 1 starβ€”too many horror stories. Btw, after the surgery, unfortunately my sister didn’t make it.

Very bad experience and service on ER specially in room accommodation. Very expensive. One day for dengue cost Php 60k Nurses and medtech are new and cannot read the results correctly and thoroughly. They said patient has pneumonia but in other hospital no findings in pneumonia. Good thing I transfer the patient to other hospital.

My Dad’s doctor was late. Joint pain na nga iniinda nya late pa. They waited like 3hrs. sa waiting area where the chairs are all small and uncomfy. Nakakasama ng loob, so I don’t recommend this hospital for your emergencies. And nag online appointment pa kami nyan. They’re not compassionate. That time? They don’t even deserve this one star.

I was diagnosed with cervical radiculopathy & was suffering from severe neck/back pain, was also advised to undergo theraphy sessions.. so i decided to visit Dra. Ligaya at CIDH and have my theraphy from the same hospital.. 1st session was a huge relief for me my therapist Sir Daryl was knowlegable enough to explain each and every detail of what i was going through.. which made me understand my condition more.. They also have the latest equipment or machines which makes it even better I have tried other hospital from my area Gentri Cavite but it was not even close enough to what CIDH REHAB have to offer.. which made me decide to comeback at CIDH CIDH rehab therapist are all very accomodating.. and they treat each and every patient with extra care consistently which i really like the most.. It’s a good thing that i have chosen CIDH for my theraphy sessions, even if i have to drive all the way from gentri cavite to imus .. still nothing compares to the service that they provide to every patient they have.. it’s all worth it.. Thank you Team CIDH Rehab!! Reccomendable πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

This hospital is a house of horror. never again. The medicine is high overpriced. The hospital looks outside very pretty but inside the service is very pity. Staff nurse are not well trained, billing staffs are so grumpy but the staffs in admitting specially the big guy is very accomodating, he helped and assisted me to the social worker who is also kind and approachable.

Had to rush my kid to this hospital due to animal bite and I would like to give kudos to ER staff for giving us the right attention we needed. Came in at 6pm and administered my kid's injections within in a few unlike with South Imus Specialist Hosiptal, they will give the slowest attention to thier patients. Our last experience was 12 fearkin hours stay with ER. WHEW! Thanks to CIDH. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
