Hotel Location is easily accessable.Situated in silapathar. The interior is good.place is neat and clean. The Staff members are polite in nature and room services are good.Room rent is also reasonable.room and toilet are cleaned. Food cost is little bit high.food quality is good.comfortable stay. You can enjoy is stay here definitely . Overall i love it. You can stay here......

Well the food that i ate was really tasty and everything including desserts and main course , the stay was also fine its a lively place with fixed rate starting price is Rs795

The restaurant is perfect for family or party with friends. The food really tastes great and good. As compared with the price the quality and especially quantity 😂is satisfactory, i should say the quantity is perfect.

World worst service, currently. Noone is available to even give the order. The waiters their keep gossiping in the kitchen. Really bad experience. Food is good.

One of the few decent hotels to stay in Silapathar. The rooms are tidy and comfy. The toilets could be better in cleanliness. The service is good and the food is above average. Overall a good place for 1-2 night stay. The reception can be more accommodative, because they are very strict about hotel rules and regulations especially regarding billing.

One of the worst food I have ever had. In the name of chicken roll they gave noodles wrapped in chapati. Horrible.

Indeed one of my favourite places to eat at Silapathar. (everything is good except the Biryani) I mean, the essence of Biryani seems to be missing in the Biryani 😞 baki sab theek hai💯

Ordered their special fried rice and special noddles.. But the experience was nat at all special.. Worst fried rice and noddles i ever tried. Don't know about the other food.

Service is not good , Because in festivals as like Durga puja , Diwali etc when there are bulk of customers , They forget how they should behave to customer and how to serve . Even they have no time to make a parcel of the food .

Stayed here for 2 nights, rooms were clean, had only breakfast here and it was simple but good.Only issue there is no lift here so might not be handicapped friendly.

After commited they are not full feel the facility. TV you could not see your favourite channel, they could not provide warm water.
