Decent soup flavor, but noodles tasted stale and hard. Popcorn chicken was clearly not freshly made, and the dipping sauce was too sweet. Plenty of parking during the day time, as there’s a free large parking lot

Pho is one of my favorite comfort foods. This particular spot is the best one out of the many Pho Hoa's I've been to, especially because there's also a jazen tea where you can get refreshing drinks such as boba, juices and smoothies to pair. Not a lot of spaces do this where they have good boba/drinks(!!), or crispy hot yummy popcorn chicken, so a win in my books. Pluses include a bigger better menu with some varied specials, it's spacious, clean, with a friendly staff, quick service, always hits the spot when you're craving. I tried the Bahn Mi Dip, holy shi it's amazing. Teeth didn't break because the baguettes fresh and soft, good toppings and meat ratio and topped with a fried egg. Then dip it in a slightly sweet pho broth... hell yeah. Who thought of this?! You're amazing. Lastly, I pair with a refreshing mango tango juice or smoothie. My partner loves the garlic steak pho, also delicious and generous on the garlic!

Unbelievable! I just ordered food and this is what I got for a 15 dlls seafood soup. I called to let the waitress know and she was laughing and told me that the manager is not available. She refused to give me her name.

Not friendly, order via app, and you can only add topping in the comments, and when you pick up, they don't include what has been requested. We ask for it, and they would not add it in. What a horrible service. Not going back to this location. The Tully road location are so friendly.

Their pho was fine, same as the rice plate, but they do put MSG in pho soup so expect the side effect of it afterwards. Jazen milk tea was good too but pricey. I didn't like when they put lots of ice in it. Service was friendly and warm, especially the older lady who took our orders. She was very polite. Some workers still wear masks. Humans are gallible and easily brainwashed by the media.

One of our favorite pho spots. Very clean place with fast service. Food is always great as well as the friendly staff. Their boba drinks are also great! Definitely recommend their jasmine milk tea and their halo halo.

This my second time ever getting pho and I really enjoyed this place. Came here with a friend for a late night meal and catching up. You can ask for different size pho. Our bowls are medium size (I think that was the option haha). It was so good I finished the whole thing. We both got the chicken and shared fried rolls. Service was QUICK. Not to bad in price. Would definitely come again especially on a late night.

This was my first time at a Pho Hoa and I ordered the chicken pho. I did enjoy it, however the broth was quite a bit different from a more traditional Vietnamese restaurant. There was a significant film of oil on top, which is generally strained off in Vietnamese clear broths. The bean sprouts side was also turning brown and could have been fresher. Otherwise the flavor and experience was decent.

First time eating @ Pho Hoa and I would definitely be coming back! I ordered the vermicelli bowl with bbq pork and fried egg roll. Plus the vietnamese ice coffee which totaled $19.51. It was delicious and fresh. However, the amount of noodles and pork was on the small side compared to other Vietnamese restaurants we ate at. The interior of the restaurant is modern and very clean. Also, there's plenty of outdoor seating.

This is one of my favorite restaurants. Most of the menu is very tasty and I usually get the vegetarian pho which has all my favorite vegetables and it’s served hot. A very nice hot lunch or dinner for a cold day in winter. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who craves Vietnamese food. Their smoothies and drinks have tasty and healthy options too. A definite recommended visit. 🙂👍🏻

Great pho fix - love the drinks. Staff is friendly and fast service. The pork was a little bit dry, would recommend getting the soup noodles over the rice plates.

Quick stop and go spot. I enjoy the coconut Thai with honey boba. Next to the theater, grab a quick bite or eat after the movies. A good spot, I like that contemporary look. Closes pretty late too, so pairs well for a late meal/snack. Whatever fits your taste.

Amazing Thai tea by the way!!! Ordered 3 pho for pickup. Fast service by staff during busy hour. Onky negative is The texture of the noddles they seemed a little underdone. Flavor was standard and plenty of oderbs.

Amazing, well ambient place to hang out and have a pho. Great taste and quality. Had veg pho, and it just rocks. A bit expensive but worth every penny. Avocado rolls!!😋 Staff is quite responsive, and cooperative.

The gentleman that brought our food our was so rude. I asked for fish sauce then asked for an extra bowl. He mubble in Vietnamese and said next time ask for everything all at once and said we are annoying. He was surprised I understood Vietnamese!! Keep in mind the restaurant was not busy at all. Our waiter was awesome tho, he took our complaint to the manager. Unfortunately the manager didn't care and acted as if he get complaints about that guy all the time. Very disappointed! I will not go back to this location and will not recommend it to anyone else.

Not only is this place a clean and calming vibe, they also have the fasted sit down service and their food is incredibly flavorful and rich! I got the beef broth pho and it was such a light yet rich dish. The service was kind and efficient. I can’t wait to go here again.

Really tasty pho that opens til late (10PM). Prompt service. Well decorated dining area. Reasonable price and generous portions. What more can you ask for?

When this place opened, the pho was delicious and flavored. Today my son wanted to go there and I can say. I am really unhappy with the food. The flavor on the pho is okay, but the noodles were raw and can't even eat them. It was kind of crowded today, I am not sure if there were trying to rush the orders. Not everything was bad. The cashier was friendly and attentive. I am not sure if I would I back.

This place is awesome. They were quick to sit us even on a busy night. Server came right over. Took our order, Food came out in like less than 10 minutes! The food was amazing. The boba teas are really good as well! The ambience here is beautiful and very comfortable!

Good apps: the summer roll is good, but without the peanut sauce, it doesn’t have much taste. The fried roll, however, was really good. Crispy, I like that. The Vietnamese beef stew was extremely savory and hearty. Maybe a little too salty. Not enough vermicelli and the carrots weren’t soft enough. We also had the steak and tendon pho which I think was a little better with the natural clear broth. More the classic pho meal.

Pho was decent, but the portions are huge. Ordered the regular and it was hard to finish for one person. 4 start for the pho but 5 for the service. It was a very quick meal before our movie. Good place to grab a bite before a show at AMC.

Delicious, clean, and modern. We loved the pork vermicelli bowl and bahn mi sandwich. Tasted so fresh and healthy. Easy to order and pay online.

Ordered Chicken pho and coconut Thai boba. Both were really good. Order came fast as well. However, service could have been a lot better. There was “please wait to be seated” board but no one bothered to come until I had to go and ask. After seating, again no one bothered to take order until I asked at the counter. Waitress was even rude when getting me seated and getting me boba. All it takes is a smile and politely asking for order. Not sure why is that hard. Still tipped which honestly shouldn’t have.

My favourite restaurant in Santa Clara. Place is neat. Satff is super friendly. Food is awesome. The best Pho noodle I ever had. Ice tea is epic. Fried Miso cupes is is highly recommended.

Excellent Flavors and Fresh ingredients. Good place for Pho. I would give 5 starts, but the automated ordering system does not take into account that people may need toppings We were a table of 3, but they only gave 1 plate of the toppings for 3 pho orders ( sprouts, jalapeño etc..) and no one came to give another one even after asking :(

Service is bad. Always missing napkins. Missing plates. Ask for something and there is no acknowledgement. No one checks and hard to flag down for help. Food is 5 star to, be fair. Tip accordingly, $0.

I have to be honest I think this place is going downhill because I used to enjoy it. I ordered a Thai tea drink and it was so watered down. Tasted just like water with added orange food coloring because I couldn't taste any tea spices or condensed milk etc. I love Thai tea and this one is not creamy or sweet it was bad I threw it down the drain. I've been to a good amount of places and this is the worst thai tea I've ever had. As for the avocado rolls the pieces of avocado were close to paper thin and they might as well rename it the lettuce roll since it took up the majority of it. The grilled chicken vermicelli was alright but the fish sauce that comes with it tasted and smelled like nothing so I don't know if something was left out from it. I kind of want a portion of my money back. I don't think I'll be coming back anymore.
